Welcome to Bluewaters Beach House. This 3 bed 3 bath home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Located mid-island in Fort Myers Beach the beach access is a short walk from the home. Decorated in a modern coastal design, this home will have you relaxing as soon as you enter. The open floor plan allows guests to socialize easily no matter that they are doing. The beautiful wood hues of the kitchen mixed with stainless steel appliances bring warmth into the home. Plenty of seating for meals can be found inside and out with a breakfast nook, dining table, kitchen island, and lastly a large outdoor table on the patio. There is a full bathroom on the main level just off the living room. Upstairs there are all three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Venturing outdoors guests will find another bathroom for the pool which has a shower and hooks to hang up towels and swimsuits. There is also a large conversation pit under a gazebo and plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. This fantastic home is fully stocked with all your beach and entertainment needs. Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. The beach house was perfect location from the beach- a short walk! The house was equipped with everything you needed for the beach also which was super nice. We loved the outdoor pool and the outdoor full bath! The house was clean and perfect for the 4 of us girls. It may have been tight space with more than 4 adults. We had a small issue with turning on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and maintenance was out without an hour- on a Saturday! Great service! The area is still under renovations from the hurricane but we did not feel affected. We had great dinners out and we visited a couple bars that were fun and close by!

Great house fully equipped and so comfortable

We loved the house because it was spacious, clean, stocked with everything we needed, and was walking distance to the beach. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and cart provided which made our beach’s days so enjoyable!!! We slept very well at night and enjoyed our coffee outside in the mornings. It was a very quiet for the most part and the pool area and outdoor space was perfect for us. Thumbs up!!

Beautiful place with everything one needs

Family of 4. We enjoyed our time at the pool, short walk to beach and the comfortable living area at night. Have everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the house or its a 25 min walk to Margaritaville or short bike ride. Very clean and modern home. A for us.

PERFECT

Staying 4 nights-everything about this place was PERFECT. We were 8 adults- who never felt cramped. There was always a beautiful place to go on the property. It was Immaculate! Decorated adorable. Packed with silverware, kitchen serving pieces, blankets, baskets, towels, beach towels, toys, games, coolers, tables, chairs, anything you could think of with only a 2 minute walk to the Beach....with Walmart+ delivery we never had to leave. It was PERFECT.

Nice and cozy beach house.

Had a great time. The house was clean and had a beach vibe to it. Loved the front porch. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had a problem with the hot tub but in the end it was addressed satisfactorily and even got a call from the owner. Overall loved the house, great location and would definitely stay again.

Great location

Clean and cute with a great location. Lots of appliances. The only downside was the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat. Living room got up to 85 during the day and bedrooms were warm at night. The said they sent someone to look at it but nothing changed, not sure if anyone even came out. Lots of good beach stuff (missing umbrella) great coolers, chairs and bikes. Host was very responsive but a bit stingy with items like trash bags, paper towels, soaps and other things you might expect for the price. We enjoyed it and do not regret the stay, but would not stay again.

Family spring break

The location to the beach was nice. The pool and hot tub was our favorite part of the property. The outdoor bathroom was great with kids. The only complaints are the king and queen beds were not very comfortable and the upstairs bathroom needs remodeled. The tile in the shower was coming off and the refinishing of the tub was peeling. Other than that the property was great!

Fantastic little place, great pool

We loved staying here. It was very comfortable, had a great pool and back patio, and was just a short walk to an uncrowded spot on the beach. Fun decor and inviting space with everything we needed. The master is packed in with the other two bedrooms, none of which are big, but all were comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed our time there. Would for sure book again.
