Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas, your tropical beachfront vacation destination in paradise on the top floor in a corner unit! This resort is located at the quiet northern end of Estero Island. This two-bedroom, two-bath seventh-floor ground-level gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the many boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room. The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Entry is via elevator to the seventh floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling with indirect lighting and plenty of granite counter space. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating five. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sofa with end tables and lamps, two matching side chairs, and a coffee table. Opposite the sofa is a credenza which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and chairs. The view from this seventh-floor vantage point is expansive and includes the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, an armoire with three drawers and a flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a granite-top vanity with a lavatory, full wall mirror, and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a full wall mirror, a commode, and a tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds with a nightstand and lamp, a double dresser with flat screen TV above, and ample closet space.

The room was perfect. Clean, quiet, beach was not crowded at all. The only issue was the pool heater went out right before our stay but that was out of anyone’s control. The property managers answered all of my questions in a timely manner and provided additional information on extras we might enjoy during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice condo. The whole “one roll of TP” thing was weird, and I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that had NOTHING in cupboards, like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. left by previous guests. The pool is very closed off and it’s hard to find full sun in the small area.

Beautiful views and very quiet and relaxing. Be sure to read the posted message on the balcony slider regarding leaving lights on in the evening and blinds and shades open. During a certain time of the year baby sea turtles hatch in the sand near the ocean and can be attracted away from their intended destination which is the ocean. Pretty hefty fines if you don’t follow those rules.

Girls getaway!

This place was amazing! It was exactly as described. The check in and check out was easy. The unit was absolutely beautiful and the location was wonderful. This beach is ideal for sunbathing, morning or evening walks and swimming in the ocean. The pool was great too! There were not a million people when we visited which was wonderful. They were certainly still recovering from the hurricane but things were open and people and businesses were welcoming. The unit had everything we needed. A close walk to downtown shops or restaurants. We loved every minute and would for sure stay here again. The only downside was the music at the resort next door was a bit loud some days if you wanted a quiet day by the pool, but that is the ONLY thing I could think of as a negative. Thank you so much.

Not making an extended stay

This was a bare bone room. No amenities in room with kitchen, not even a coffee maker. Hardest beds we have ever slept on. Free breakfast was boiled eggs, grab and go yogurt or muffin. It was not the typical plated hot breakfast we get at other hotels. Overall room had not been updated, doors hard to open sometimes room keys wouldn't work (still have the sliding kind). Room layout awkward with TV on side of bed. Musky smell in rooms and halls Will not be returning.

We loved this condo. The views were gorgeous. Top floor. Quiet area. Inside, everything was super clean when we arrived and so cute! Bright, airy. Instructions for checkin and check out were clear and easy. Just perfect for our little family. Fort Meyers Beach is a great area. The traffic getting on and off the island can be frustrating, there was construction that slowed things down.

The place is great and just as described. Clean, nice furniture, and a great view with easy and non crowded beach access. The pool is on the small side but it’s totally fine. It’s just not one of those fancy decked out resort pools. It was nice and quiet. A big bonus considering it was July 4th week.

Worked Great for us

We were out sightseeing most of the morning, afternoon and early evening so we really only slept in the condo. Right on the beach which was great. No chairs/umbrellas similar to what you’d find at a resort but there are places to rent that stuff if you want it. Only negative was the key pad didn’t work upon arrival which was a bummer after traveling all day. Had to leave a message with the rental company and wait for a response and a new code. Maybe plan on calling for a code on your way to the condo and before you haul up your luggage. Overall, it’s exactly as advertised
