The Space:
Welcome to your coastal escape on Estero Boulevard, where modern farmhouse charm meets breezy beach living. Just steps from the white sands of Fort Myers Beach, this fully renovated home is brimming with classic curb appeal, featuring a welcoming white picket fence, a front porch with four cozy rocking chairsâthe perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or watch island life drift byâand even your own putting green for a little friendly competition before heading to the beach.
This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 10â13 guests. Upstairs, youâll find three bedrooms:
The primary suite offers a king bed, mini-refrigerator, and espresso coffee maker. Bedroom #2 features another king-size bed, an espresso machine, and direct balcony access. Bedroom #3 includes a queen bed, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and direct balcony access; it shares a bathroom with Bedroom #2.
On the main level, a sitting area with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa can be closed off with barn doors. The sunroom provides two additional queen sleeper sofasâcan also be private with French doorsâplus a desk for anyone working remotely. In the living room, youâll find a full-size sleeper sofa. All linens are provided, including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and a set of beach towels.
The main level also offers a full bathroom, two inviting dining areas, and a fully upgraded kitchen featuring Café appliances. A stunning coffee bar with elegant fish-scale tile, the perfect centerpiece for slow mornings or group brunches.

Throughout the home, youâll discover multiple cozy lounging areasâboth indoors and outâideal for relaxing or entertaining. This home is fully rebuilt after Hurricane Ian. Everything is brand-newâpool, furnishings, appliancesâthough light construction may still be visible nearby.
