Estero Island Beach Villas is a tropical beachfront vacation destination located at the quiet northern end of Estero Island. This corner two-bedroom, two-bath third floor above ground level, gulf-front condo is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the many boutiques, restaurants and night life at this end of the island, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Guests at this resort have access to their own on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. Off street covered and open self parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to ease your arrival. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, linens, towels and private laundry. Pool was resurfaced in August 2025.

Entry is via elevator to the third floor and into the entry foyer and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is luxury vinyl wood flooring throughout. Decor is beachy/contemporary. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare full course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling and plenty of cabinets and quartz counterspace, along with a stainless-steel sink with disposal. Stainless-steel appliances include a dishwasher, a 5-burner glass-top range with self-cleaning, convection and air fry oven features, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. There is also a quartz-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. Also in the kitchen is a closet with stacked washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a leather queen-size sleeper sofa, an upholstered recliner and accent tables on an area rug. Opposite the sofa is a credenza above which is a large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors then provide access to the screened-in and furnished corner balcony just a stone's throw from the waves of the Gulf of Mexico, and a view of Sanibel Island to the west and the Gulf towards the south and east from a third floor vantage point. The view from the dining, living and balcony areas also overlook the beautiful resort pool next door with its rock waterfalls. All windows and sliding glass doors have plantation shutters.

The master bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, night stands and lamps, a double dresser above which is a large flat screen TV and ample closet space. In addition sliding glass doors provide access out to a private screened balcony on the front of the resort overlooking the Bay. The en suite bathroom has a quartz-top vanity with lavatory, wall mirror and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors and a rain shower head and hand-held shower. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds with night stand and lamp, an area rug, ample closet space, and a five-drawer chest with large flat screen TV above. The window in this bedroom overlooks the front of the resort and the back bay beyond. The guest bathroom can be accessed from either the guest bedroom or the hallway, and has a quartz-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and nicely tiled combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors, rain shower head and hand-held shower.
