Step out onto the screened-in balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and warm sunshine, whether you're sipping morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and direct access to the balcony, along with an en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a TV, with a second full bathroom also featuring a tub-shower combo.

Fairview Isles provides a range of community amenities, including a large swimming pool, BBQ area, and a screened-in gathering space with tables and chairs—ideal for outdoor dining or socializing with neighbors. Located just across the street from the beach, this condo places you close to the sand while offering a quiet retreat from the bustle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
