This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom lower level apartment is newly renovated with a full kitchen, living room, spacious bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, plus front screened lanai and back patio with backyard space. Perfect for one or two people. No carpet, all new finishes. There is a shared washer/dryer, grill, and outdoor shower onsite. 1 parking space included per unit, NO street parking allowed.
Anchorage Street is located in the middle of Fort Myers Beach and has its own beach access point. You are just steps from your door to the white sand beaches and a short distance to the Publix grocery!
For security purposes, there is a camera on the front of the home that covers the driveway.

Short Term Rental Details:
- This unit is CAT friendly with a 2-cat limit. Sorry, no dogs allowed at this time. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
- Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
- The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
- Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
