This unit is the lower level of the duplex with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twins, for a max occupancy of 4 people. Need more space? Rent the whole unit to host up to 8 guests. The location of this property is well-loved due to it being situated on a canal (perfect for fishing!) and the short walk to the beach!

The unit has a spacious layout and features a private screened in porch off the kitchen that overlooks the pool and canal. The kitchen is stocked with all standard appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room off the side of the house that is shared with the upper unit. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. For the security of the home, there are two security cameras on the exterior of this home. One faces the front of the house which includes the driveway and one faces the backyard which includes the pool.
