Welcome to Gulfview , a newer private two-level three-bedroom, two-bath home with a heated pool, and beach access is a short walk across Estero Boulevard at Newton Park. Location is mid-way down Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway, is a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities and to view the endless variety of sunsets. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and two upscale restaurants on the bay are a 5-minute walk away! For the adventurous, the island has charter boats, jet skis, and parasail rentals. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Amenities of this vacation destination include a heated swimming pool in a back yard with a privacy fence, outdoor shower poolside, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi, all towels and linens, and private laundry. There is ample off-street parking and two enclosed garages.

Entry to the upper level is either via stairs up to a furnished front deck with privacy screens, ceiling fans, and a table seating six, or from the garage area and up the interior stairs. From the front deck entry is through expansive sliding glass doors into the open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas with volume ceilings. There is luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout, and the décor is beachy/nautical. The kitchen has a pantry and plenty of cabinets and granite counter space with tile backsplash. A large granite island has a sink and dishwasher on the kitchen side, with four high-boy bar seats on the living and dining area sides. All KitchenAid appliances include the dishwasher, counter glass-top four burner range, built-in above-range microwave oven, built-in oven with convection feature, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. All the necessary items are available to prepare full-course meals if so desired, just bring the food! The adjacent dining area has a large table with four upholstered chairs and a padded bench, which flows nicely into the living area with a brand new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress (JAN 2025), end table, a corner leather recliner, and two side chairs with a table and lamp, all on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The laundry room with full-size stacked washer and dryer behind louvered doors is off the hallway leading to the bedrooms.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstand, a large walk-in closet, and a five-drawer chest with wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. Sliding glass doors provide access to a furnished balcony overlooking the backyard and pool. The en suite bathroom has a granite vanity with dual lavatories, wall mirrors, storage space beneath, a separate commode room, and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a nightstand and lamp, ample closet space, and a dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstand, triple dresser with mirror, and ample closet space. The adjacent large hallway guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with dual lavatories, mirrors, storage space beneath, a linen closet, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

On the lower level, there is secure access to the backyard with a privacy fence, a heated swimming pool, and a poolside shower.

Advertisement states there is a heated pool, perhaps, but I guess turning it on is a whole other charge or fee. Nevermind the walk to the pool. The entire pool deck is so deteriorated that the tripping hazard is enough to file a claim. It is so bad they cover it with marking flags and bags of sand so nobody breaks a leg. Beautiful possibility with this property but the stinch of musty mold needs addressed before you offer this at the exaggerated price you charge. 3 stars is being generous. Very disappointing and misleading.

Great location

House was great, had everything we needed. Close walk to the beach. Great time of the year, off season. We nearly hade the beach to ourselves. Would definitely recommend and would rent again!

This house was perfect! You literally cross the street and you are at the beach! Very close to downtown and 2-3 minutes from Publix. The host was extremely responsive and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location!

Absent actually staying on the sand, the location for this house can’t be beat! Only 2 houses in from Estero and directly across from a small beach access, it was perfect for daily trips and walks to the beach. Our family loved coming home to the outdoor shower and heated pool every day, and the house itself was spacious and clean. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that one of the main window shades to the front sliders was broken and reached out to the property manager, who had a maintenance man out to the property within the hour! They couldn’t repair the problem, but made a temporary fix that got us through the visit. Great communication and perfect location!

Great mother and daughter stay!

The house is beautiful! Very clean! Lots of construction noise nearby- but was expected. Quick walk across the street to beach. Pool was perfect! Loved the front porch for breakfast and reading. Showers were awesome water pressure! Felt safe and appreciated rental company quick responses when needed. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful view of the ocean!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was spacious, clean, and layed out well. The management company was very attentive and quick to answer any questioms we jad. The house is located in a great location. Close enough to Times Square to have access to all the things, but far enough away to be nice and quiet Overall we were very happy woth the whole experience.

right across the street from the beach!Estrero Blvd gets really backed up though from construction workers, so having a bike is a good idea.

Beautiful clean home - slow maintenance

Check in was a breeze. House was clean and updated. Arrived on a Friday afternoon. Outlets in the bathrooms didn't work and pool wasn't heated. Called maintenance on Sat morning and they put in a work order. Maintenance didn't come until Monday, when we were leaving so we never got to use the pool and it was difficult to not have any working outlets in either bathroom.
