King bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a queen bedroom with hall bathroom. Large kitchen with ample storage. Amazing on site amenities include an outdoor, seasonal pool and 24 hour access gym. Washer/Dryer are in unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

One king bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, another queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom with hallway access as well. Dining for up to 4 people at the table (additional 2 dining spaces at countertop). All new bakeware, stainless steel cookware. Ground level makes easy access for this conveniently located Fort Mill apartment.

Guests will be sent a key code to the smart lock 7 days prior to check in.

We require a copy of drivers license and a criminal background check to stay on the grounds - we need two business days before your stay to complete these items. If bringing your pet, it must be approved with a copy of their vet records, picture, and $200 non refundable pet fee. *We do ask to sign a rental agreement and we utilize a security deposit hold before all stays to prevent blatant disregard for house rules Thank you!
