Come relax and enjoy this adorable cottage with the best location in the Salt Springs Resort. You will appreciate the gorgeous views and lovely breeze from Little Lake Kerr. Cottage #21 is one of the few cottages available for rent from which you can watch the sunset over the lake every night directly from your front patio.

This 720 sq foot 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage
has everything you need for a comfortable stay including: kitchenware for cooking, gas stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, pool towels, board games, tennis raquets & pickelball paddles, poker set, outdoor gas grill and picnic table, cable TV & wifi. Comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate 6. Inquire in advance as we can provide a nice queen sized inflatable mattress.
We do charge a one time cleaning fee of $75.

Resort amenities start just 100 steps away from home to the two pools and waterfront including hot tub, game room, volleyball, pickleball, corn hole, horseshoes, shuffleboard, fire pit and more! Bring your boat; there's plenty of parking and a boat ramp on site.

Within walking distance are a Dollar General, post office, the Square Meal for breakfast or lunch, Salt Springs Pizza, hair salon and laundromat. Other nearby restaurants like Maxine's Kitchen, The Grill Out, Odd Todds & Cactus Jacks are a few minutes drive away.

Explore the local area: Salt Springs Recreational Area is across the street and nearby is the Salt Springs Marina where you can launch your boat into the run that brings you to the St. John's River. Juniper, Silver Glen, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all within a short drive. Bring your snorkel masks from home and spend a few hours at each spring. No two are alike. Like hiking? Bass fishing? Dirt biking, 4x4'ing (trails begin across the street!) Spectacular sunsets? It's all here!

There's ample parking at the cottage for 2 vehicles including a boat/trailer.

**Note that Salt Springs Resort charges a one time check-in fee of all renters for $35, additional vehicles for $15.
