Welcome to The Music House, your perfect retreat for a unique and relaxing experience. This unique 6-bedroom, 3 -bathroom vacation home offers spectacular waterfront views and convenient access to a range of amenities, including a mini-golf course, glamping experience, heated pool, mini golf and a soothing hot tub.

Step into the open floor plan, featuring a comfortable living room equipped with a TV and ample seating for the entire family. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials and appliances needed to prepare delicious meals, while the dining area boasts a table for 10, perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, there is a separate table for 4, providing flexible dining options.

Each of the 6 bedrooms comes with essential amenities, including extra pillows and blankets. The 3 bathrooms are full-sized, complete with a toilet, sink, shower, and/or tub. Hair dryers and body soap are provided for your convenience.

In addition to the stunning surroundings, The Music House is surrounded by sidewalks, tennis courts, and picnic areas, which are available for outdoor enthusiasts. After a day of adventure, unwind in the spa, featuring an infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation.

In the evening, enjoy a movie under the stars with our outdoor cinema or sing your heart out in our karaoke game room, reminiscing about old times.

➔ A Ring doorbell security camera is located next to the front door, facing the street for exterior security purposes.

➔ A security camera faces the driveway for security purposes.

➔ Two security cameras face the alley of the house for security purposes (not facing towards the house but toward the alley and street). The cameras only start recording when there is motion.

➔ There are NO cameras in bedrooms, private areas, bathrooms, or inside the home, nor cameras facing patio amenities. You have total privacy indoors and in the backyard.

➔ The home is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. The system does NOT record any audio or video. It monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) and sends automatic alerts to hosts. After being notified of any noise alert, the host will notify the guest. If the guest does not comply, the host will notify Airbnb and local authorities. We respect our neighbors as part of our Airbnb community and appreciate your collaboration.

➔ The house is equipped with an occupancy detection device that alerts the host when occupancy levels are higher than expected.

➔ After the 10th guest, an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night is automatically applied to your reservation.
