The Space:

This spacious home features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor table surrounded by greenery. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds with trundles (sleeping four), sharing a hallway bathroom with a tub. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and a remote-controlled fan.



The open living/dining area is bright and airy, featuring a large marble island/dining table that seats nine. The inviting living space includes a 60” Smart TV and a game table, perfect for family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and connects to a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.



Step outside to the warm and inviting backyard patio, complete with coralina flooring, lounge chairs, a hammock, patio set, and a BBQ grill with propane.



For your convenience, we provide beach toys, chairs, towels, a cooler, and a wagon for easy transport to the beach.



Security features include a Ring camera by the front door and an alarm system. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, linens, and pool towels.



Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and high chair for children.



Welcome Kit:

A complimentary welcome kit includes essential toiletries and cleaning supplies: dishwasher detergent, sponge, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, and shampoo. Please note we do not replenish these items during your stay.



Extra Fees:

- Pets: Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay.

- Pool Heating: $30 per day; please request in advance, as heating takes approximately two days.

- BBQ Fee: $50 for your entire stay, including propane and cleaning.



HOUSE RULES (please read carefully)

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Pool safety (strict): Children may not be left unattended at the pool at any time. An adult must supervise children at all times, and no unsupervised children are permitted in or near the pool—ever.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

COVID-19 Update:

In compliance with the governor's executive order, gatherings exceeding the property’s maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in immediate eviction without compensation, and you may be reported to local authorities by neighbors or the HOA. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.



All units in the complex are privately owned. The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for the loss of personal belongings not claimed within 24 hours of checkout. By accepting this reservation, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using the facilities.



In the event of a storm or hurricane, refunds will only be issued if local authorities mandate evacuations for the affected area. Refunds will be provided for any unused rental days if a mandatory evacuation order is in effect. This applies to current guests, those scheduled to arrive, and reservations made during the storm warning period.



Interaction with Guests:

This home is just a 10-minute drive to I-95 and the Galleria Mall, close to Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Boulevard. You'll find a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and local stores along Commercial Boulevard. Additional perks include nearby bike and golf cart rentals.



Enjoy nearby attractions like Everglades National Park, Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. Experience watersports such as jet skiing, snorkeling, and fishing charters.



About 15 minutes from the home, visit Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse for stunning views or explore the cultural heritage at Bonnet House.



For convenience, use the free electric shuttle service by Circuit to get around Pompano Beach. Simply request a ride via the "Ride Circuit" app or wave down a driver.
