ÉlĂ©gante maison de Floride du milieu du siĂšcle dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel. La maison est parfaitement entretenue, mobilier haut de gamme et piĂšces vintage. La piscine d'eau salĂ©e de 42 pieds est juste sur la riviĂšre. La maison a beaucoup de lumiĂšre (fenĂȘtres Ă  impact) et s'ouvre sur la piscine et la riviĂšre via des portes coulissantes (toutes ont des Ă©crans) .Profitez de l'extĂ©rieur autant que de la maison, avec une piscine d'eau salĂ©e chauffĂ©e, un systĂšme de son extĂ©rieur, une vue imprenable sur la riviĂšre , barbecue Ă  gaz, mobilier d'extĂ©rieur design, 2 kayaks, douche extĂ©rieure (chaude et froide) et cabane / buanderie avec WC) .Le cĂŽtĂ© riviĂšre est bordĂ© de 4 magnifiques palmiers royaux. Le quai privĂ© est l'endroit idĂ©al pour prendre un verre au coucher du soleil :-). 2 Kayaks sont Ă  votre disposition pour dĂ©couvrir la Venise des AmĂ©riques. Des cannes Ă  pĂȘche Ă  votre disposition si vous voulez tenter votre chance depuis la digue de 75 pieds.
Résidence principale du propriétaire, elle est donc parfaitement entretenue et équipée (tous les électroménagers / TV ont moins de 2 ans, un mobilier haut de gamme (ROCHE BOBOIS ...), une literie de qualité pour les 3 chambres - lits king ....) .

Wonderful stay

We spent a perfect new year here. Adam and Stephanie were excellent hosts, the neighborhood is quiet and very well located and the setting and views from the house were incredible. House was extremely well stocked and provisioned. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely oasis

A gem! This home offers a lovely quiet oasis with serene views overlooking an inviting pool, lawn and wide water canal. Beautifully furnished and the most responsive owners! Near to all the shops and restaurants but in a quiet enclave.

Holiday Celebration

We fully enjoyed the beautiful home, tasteful decor, gorgeous view, location, pool amd kayaks. A plus was the very well-stocked kitchen to celebrate our family Thanksgiving holiday. The hosts kept in touch and guided us in the house and to helpful locations in the area.

The property has amazing view in back yard very clean. The kitchen has all the tools pots and pans you could have asked for. The owners were great they make you feel comfortable, their fishing rods were a little beat up but by the morning they delivered brand new ones very happy with my stay would definitely stay again

Relaxing Oasis

This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, private, beautiful property and a location that can not be beat! The yard is a fantastic place to spend time soaking up the sun and cooling off in the pool. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with Adam and Stephan was easy and they were very attentive to any of our needs/questions. The property has everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. The only recommendation we could think of would be to have a full length dressing mirror installed. We highly recommend this property and we will be rebooking in the future.

What an amazing 10 days in Ft. Lauderdale!

This was a terrific place to stay for our visit to Ft. Lauderdale! The photos on the listing were highly accurate! The home was beautifully and comfortably furnished, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. It was so nice to make breakfast and eat out by the pool. We spent a lot of time in the pool, enjoying the lovely views of the canal and the mature palm trees. We appreciated staying at a place that was pet friendly - our golden retriever felt right at home. The hosts were readily available when questions arose, and were extremely friendly throughout our stay. We would love to come back!

Amazing stay, again!

This our second time staying at this property and hopefully not our last time! Stephane is incredibly responsive, had the fridge stocked and so flexible with our check-in time. We absolutely love the house, the decor and the views are stunning!

Fabulous property and hosts!

We rented for 5 weeks and loved the property. Hosts couldn’t have done more to make us feel at home. Very comfortable and great views. We were extremely lucky to see a manatees surface right in front of the dock. đŸ„°. Great location, close to everything. Fabulous sunsets. Enjoyed many evenings sipping cocktails on the dock watching all the activity on the river, kayaks, paddle boards and boats going by. The dogs loved it too. We will definitely return again. Highly recommend this home. Very clean and cozy. Everything is there with no need to run around.

Great location

Great location with easy access to shops, and main roads yet peaceful setting next to the water ways. Comfortable with all we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful and accommodating as I was a last minute booking to avoid hurricane Ian where we were due to stay in Naples Florida.

Wonderful Week in Fort Lauderdale

We travelled from Seattle where the cool weather is hanging on for as long as it can so arriving in warm Florida after a long winter season was very welcome. The house was beautiful and our host, Stephan, was informative, friendly and provided us with a warm welcome too. The kitchen was well stocked and ample refreshments were generously provided. The pool, my goodness the pool, was amazing and wonderfully refreshing and relaxing at all times of the day. The location of the house was great. Lots of conveniences nearby but importantly the location was very peaceful and relaxing. Being situated on the canal is a highlight. We had such a great time that we are already planning to have a return visit.

Peaceful oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The back of the house, pool, music, and serenity of Middle River, gave us a quiet oasis for a weeklong stay. We loved being in close proximity to anything we needed. Walking through the neighborhood felt peaceful and safe. Stephane was easily accessible to answer questions when needed. Minor suggestions would be a garbage disposal and a new faucet in the hall bath. We have already rebooked this property. Thank you Stephane !

Beautiful property, great manager, pool/backyard are the biggest attraction

There is seemingly everything you would need for your short vacation at the place. The beds are comfortable, plenty of closet space, living room furniture is cozy, great selection of books and TV screens (!), kitchen has few coffee machines and plenty of dishes and glassware. The pool is fantastic, the river view is peaceful. We were happy with the property and would come again.

Paradise Found

This was a truly wonderful rental experience. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can get to any restaurants, stores, or highways in just a few minutes. It has a circular driveway and carport. The house has 3 very nice sized bedrooms, each had a TV. 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and an outdoor bathroom for pool use. Lots of natural light. It is tastefully well appointed in mid century modern style. It was very clean and fully stocked with towels, sheets, and cleaning/laundry supplies. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped for cooking with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, and glassware you could ever need. It had a fridge already stocked with some drinks, Keurig coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Outside was a huge, clean, stainless steel BBQ and grilling utensils. As nice as the house is, the main star of the show is the backyard. The back terrace is paved in travertine tile and decorated with nice modern pool/patio furniture. The rectangular pool is roughly 15'x40' and is heated so it always feels great. The yard is well landscaped with lots of lush greenery to give a feeling of tropical privacy. There is a lawn across the length of the seawall and 4 large palmtrees to frame the calm, wide river in the background. The pool and landscaping have soft lighting in the evening to make a relaxing setting. There is also a small dock as well. I have stayed at many rental homes over the years. Most are kinda shabby and I have always had to clean things before settling in...but not with this house. I immediatly felt comfortable here as if I was staying at a friend's home. We wasted no time and got right into making drinks and enjoying the beautiful setting. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

OUTSTANDING WINTER ESCAPE!

Recently had the pleasure of spending an entire month in this home. This home itself has many awesome attributes as noted by others and the fully accurate property description, but the outdoor living space is beyond exceptional. Wake up every morning and see the stunning views of peaceful relaxation, enjoy the amazing and large salt water pool, morning coffee by the river, and evening meals prepared on the large BBQ grill overlooking a stunning setting accented by beautiful landscape lighting. I can’t say enough. It was a truly memorable experience. The owner could not have been more cooperative or attentive to any questions you have. Highly recommended!

Great tropical setting

Great one-level home on a beautiful, natural canal that meanders out to the sea. Situated in a hidden, quiet neighborhood though close to the busy Ft Lauderdale suburban scene full of stores, restaurants and a short drive to a great ocean beach. Home is quite comfortable, fully equipped and managed by a thoughtful owner who is attentive and easy to communicate with. Stay here!

We had an amazing time at this property. The view is spectacular, the pool is amazing and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay went beyond 5 stars. The fridge was stocked with beers, seltzers and water. The linens were luxurious and the outdoor space makes you feel as if you're at a luxury hotel. Most importantly, the host was incredibly accommodating. I would give this place 10 stars if I could - we will definitely be back and will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Getaway

Just ended a perfect one week vacation at this property in Ft Lauderdale. We really enjoyed our time at this home. The house was perfect for six people with three bedrooms, all with king beds. The living room was comfortable and perfect for conversation as well as watching a movie. The kitchen had everything you could want to prepare any meal. The backyard was the perfect little getaway with a beautiful heated pool and a peaceful waterfront view. The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding that felt like we were in a high end hotel. The best part was that the central air conditioning worked flawlessly and really kept the house as cool as we needed. We had a couple of questions for the owners, and they responded within minutes and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Also, we were close to restaurants and a short drive to A1A and the beach. Honestly, we loved our stay at this property. Thank you!

Mid-century modern charmer!

Stephane's house is great! Located directly on the Middle River, close to the action of Wilton Dr. (easy $6 Uber), but far enough away to be relaxing and tranquil. Check-in using the coded lock was a breeze and communication with Stephane during our stay was excellent with him very responsive to text. Highlights of our stay were the picturesque pool and the included kayaks for exploring the river. All around a lovely trip and we would be very happy to return!
