CHECK-IN: Residence Desk check-in to obtain your unit key cards. Make your way through the West or TOWER II entrance, just beyond the sliding double doors. There will be an immediate option to go left or right. Turn left, walking down the zigzag tiled water wall feature. At the end of this walkway, you will find the Residential Desk. A Residential Desk Agent will be stationed here from 9A to 9P, daily.
