Two beds in apartment in Ft. Lauderdale

Settle into our charming and peaceful studio nestled along the New River of Fort Lauderdale. This large spacious studio has two queen beds,free wifi, kitchen with bar, closets & free parking, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While the apartment does not have river views inside your unit, you can still enjoy the serene ambiance of the river in the shared backyard outdoor space with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxation and soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

The apartment is located on the second floor and requires using the stairs. There is no elevator. The apartment complex has a total of 6 units with 3 rooms each on floor one & two.

Private boats are located behind property and are not allowed to be used or climbed on.

Sailboat Bend is a historic neighborhood and one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.This quaint and charming neighborhood is known for its rich history, unique architecture, and vibrant community.

Sailboat Bend is situated along the New River, which flows through the heart of Fort Lauderdale. It is located just west of downtown Fort Lauderdale, making it a convenient and desirable location that offers a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

There are also several parks nearby, including Sailboat Bend Preserve, which offers scenic nature trails and recreational opportunities.

Driving is the preferred method in the city. Uber or Lyft (ride share services) are readily available. City bus & tri rail are also offered in city.

If renting a car, we offer free dedicated parking spot at location for one car.

The beach is 4.5 miles distance about 15 -20 min drive.
Restaurants and grocercy stores are within a radius of 1-2 miles from apartment.
FLL airport is with 7 miles around 15-20 min drive.

No washer & dryer in unit of house. There is a coin operated shared washer &dryer in laundry room and is available to you.The house is on the river with no gate to open water of the canal. Please do not have children near water.
