Our stay at this house was beyond perfect, with absolutely nothing negative to say. The owners were very responsive, accommodating, and wonderful to work with from start to finish.The home was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and truly felt like a home rather than a rental, which made traveling with multiple families seamless and stress-free. The layout was ideal for kids and adults alike, offering plenty of space and a very family-friendly setup.The pool was a standout always the perfect temperature and enjoyed throughout the day. We felt comfortable the moment we arrived and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for a family-friendly getaway

Spacious/ beautiful property

What an amazing property to stay at. The house was spacious and super clean and organized. Clean towels were left on the bed along with toiletries in the bathroom. Pool was heated and the outdoor space was immaculate. The grill was ready to go and we were able to enjoy ourselves in the backyard. Our host was awesome. Whatever we needed, the host went above and beyond. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate the property or the host. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Overall all the rooms were okay except needed some place in the bathroom like shelves to keep the stuff like toothbrush and so on. Also the kitchen had very limited pots and pans and no serving bowls and things like that. The tables and chairs were really good and the chairs very easy to move around. Did not have any side stools. Overall experience was very good and the house was very clean.

The house was large enough for 9 of us to stay. The house was very clean and was a short drive to the beach. There is a large parking lot right off the beach on Scott street. It allowed us to park on the beach. The pool and house were in great shape with he best ac we have had. Great communication and a great place!!

Spacious home in a great location

Overall: Spacious home with 6 bedrooms, in a great residential community close to the beaches, shopping, FLL, and Miami. It’s clearly a newly renovated home, with the main purpose of being rented out. This is not a bad thing, but don’t expect a lot of nice decor, character, or an abundance of cooking equipment (and the fun random kitchen items, or pool toys, you often find in a rental) The good: - Clean and well maintained - Nice, spacious bathrooms - Plenty of space indoors and outdoor - Heated pool - Comfortable beds - Nice recreation room with pool table and TV upstairs - Excellent communication What could be better: - The pool deck is very very slippery and will need some sort of anti-slip treatment. Multiple kids fell (even when just slowly walking). - Kitchen equipment: very bare for a group of 10-ppl. The key essentials were provided, but it forced us to run the dishwasher twice a day. If you were planning to do any decent cooking, there were hardly any pans, bowls, serving utensils, or cutting boards. There were also no grilling tools. - Light: all lights have dimming switches, except the main lights above the dining room table. It felt like eating in a hospital cafeteria. - Decor: the main living room is very sterile and has no decor. Albeit not an issue, I'd suggest adding some basic decor. This will also help with soundproofing. The main reasons for deducting one star are the slippery pool deck, the general sterile look and feel of the home, and the limited kitchen equipment. I’ve shared all this with the owner, and am confident they will address this.
