We are delighted to inform you that our pool is heated to a comfortable 86 degrees, perfect for swimming and enjoying at your leisure.

Note: Due to the external limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Farenheit.

A/C System: Please keep levels of a/c at appropriate temperatures. Keep doors and windows closed while in operation as humidity accumulation can cause freezing of units and disfunction.

No smoking: A fee of $ 500 will be charged for smoking inside the property.
No pets: A fee of $500 will be charged for bringing pets without prior approval.
No parties or events: A fee of $500 will be charged for hosting parties or events without permission.

Quiet hours: A fee of $500 will be charged for excessive noise during designated quiet hours.
Maximum occupancy: A fee of $50 per person, per night, will be charged for exceeding the maximum occupancy
limit.
Damaged items: Any damaged items will incur a penalty fee based on the cost of repair or replacement.
Late checkout: A fee of $150 will be charged for late checkout beyond the designated checkout time.
Property cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so, resulting in excessive dirtiness or significant uncleanliness, will incur a deep cleaning fee of $350. This fee covers the additional time and effort required to ensure the property is in proper condition for the next guest.
