Close to everything and a world away

Amazing property— the architecture, the views, and the pool were all wonderful and we were close to everything, yet always felt like we were in our own private world when we got back to the beautiful home. I will stay here again.

Lovely place

We used the house for everything, meals, swimming pool and walks in the neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Nothing was missing for meal preparation and the neighborhood was very safe.

We had an unbelievable stay at the River House. David and Leo were very prompt with our needs/questions. The house was amazing. I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay at the River House the next time we are in Ft Lauderdale. Thank you David and Leo for a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay

The house is amazing. It is beautiful and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything. The pool is warm. We played tennis everyday at tennis courts nearby. We would definitely recommend it to friends

A bucolic view of mangroves

I was there a for business and stayed at River House a week. I usually stay at the Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale, but I enjoyed this more. The view makes the place completely private and restful. The house is impeccably maintained and easy to use, in a convenient location. And the kitchen, as many have commented, is stocked with any implement a chef might need. I highly recommend river House.

Best VRBO We’ve Ever Rented!

We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this property was absolutely at the top of the list. It was really better than the pictures - completely immaculate, clean heated pool, modern, quality appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Very nice “touches” such as candles, high quality cocktail/wine glasses, and really nice task/seated lighting. Well laid out living spaces with comfortable seating. Bedrooms had very divine mattresses. Convenient to shopping, dining, golf, beaches and more!!

Great!

My family and I had to evacuate for hurricane Milton from Sarasota and this was the perfect place. The property manager was very kind and made it very easy for us. The property was beautiful, and very clean. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of things to do, and places to eat in the area, or if you want to cook the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.10/10 would recommend for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the river house for nearly a week and it was an amazing stay and we're already looking at when we can go back again. The house is well stocked (cookware, flat wear, bar wear, towels, etc), very clean, and just as beautiful as the pictures. There were awesome little extras in the house I wouldn't have thought of either like tons of wireless chargers, monitor on the desk in the master bedroom, and some of the nicest kitchen appliances I've ever used. The outside space is amazing to have some shade in the heat of the day and the pool was perfect for our family. We had two little ones and plenty of room for them to have toys in part of the living room, there was a pack and play in the upstairs closet, and the backyard is completely fenced in. We cooked several times including using the grill and we got take out a few times from nearby restaurants which were great. We didn't end up needing to contact the managers because our trip went so smoothly but given all the upfront effort they put in I'm they would have been helpful as well.

The kitchen deserves a special mention, as it was not just well-equipped, but a culinary enthusiast's dream come true. From essential appliances to the tiniest kitchen gadgets, everything was neatly organized and readily available. What surprised me most was the presence of a food thermometer, reflecting the hosts' attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional experience. I was truly impressed by the range of tools at my disposal to create memorable meals during my stay. I must applaud the property manager, David P., whose responsiveness and accommodation truly set this experience apart. From the moment I reached out with inquiries to the duration of my stay, David's attentiveness and willingness to ensure my comfort were remarkable. Gorgeous!

Our family stayed at the River House and it was beautiful m/ very clean and updated. The windows and light and view were breathtaking. The pool was so warm and we had the best time hanging on the dock, kayaking, listening to music on the outdoor speaker. David was very responsive. Highly recommend!
