-Parking: One reserved on-site parking space per unit for standard-size personal vehicles only.

-Rental Agreement: Required prior to arrival and will be sent after booking. Not applicable to Airbnb reservations.

-Check-In Form: Completion is required to confirm your reservation.

-Security Deposit: A $350 pre-authorization hold may be placed at check-in for potential damages and will be released within 5 days after check-out, provided no damages or policy violations are reported. Not applicable to Airbnb reservations.
