Nestled in Fort Lauderdale, this delightful studio offers a wonderful stay for guests. With a living room featuring 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, this property provides a cozy retreat. Guests can relax and unwind in this spacious area, offering a lovely ocean and beach view. We're happy to assist with any questions you may have while you're staying at our studio.

Large studio with a kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, and toaster. Two queen-size beds, a sofa, a dining area, two 60" smart TVs, VCR with movies.

Large heated pool, Tiki bar at the beach, Italian Restaurant, coffee shop 24/7, Beauty salon, Spa, stores, ATM cashier, laundry.
The valet parking fee is $18 per day.
Beach towels are available near the pool, $5 refundable. I provide beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.

The host was great to work with and very responsive. The room itself was excellent and fit our needs perfectly.Valet service was hit or miss, some staff were great, others had noticeable attitude. The attached tiki bar was a highlight, both the food and the staff there were outstanding.A few downsides worth noting. The internet was unreliable enough that we ended up using our own hotspot the entire stay. Noise was also an issue, we could clearly hear neighboring units, whether that’s thin walls or just loud guests is hard to say.One of the bigger concerns was the smell of marijuana throughout the hallways. While I understand local laws, this is advertised as a non-smoking building, which was part of why we chose it. The consistent smell and smoke were a major drawback. I realize this may be outside the host’s control, but it’s something future guests should be aware of.Also worth noting, there is no kitchen sink. You’re left washing dishes in the bathroom, which is honestly not ideal.Overall, a solid unit with a great host, great view and easy walk to the ocean, but a few building-related issues would make me think twice before booking again.

Nice location next to the Beach, with a nice pool (get chairs early). There is a tiki bar attached to the property and it does get pretty busy. There is also a very nice Italian Restaurant on the main level. I must not have looked at the photos close enough b/c I did not realize until arrival there was no kitchen sink. Property manager was great, even allowed a slightly early check in. The shower was ok, however when I remember that this was about the most affordable in Ft Lauderdale it was a pretty good value for the money. Our kids were happy with it and it was great to that the unit offers all of the beach stuff, to save that cost. Location was also very walk-able to grocery and other restaurants.

Host displayed great communication. Unit was clean, and the little kitchenette was all we needed for breakfasts in. On the beach, nice heated pool, and a nice Tiki bar with really good food.

Our host provided exceptional service, addressing all inquiries thoroughly and offering flexible solutions to any challenges that arose. The tiki bar, conveniently located near our room, offers a pleasant ambiance, though service levels could be improved. The food quality was satisfactory, with the New York Deli standing out as our preferred breakfast venue.

Great communication about the rental and accessing the unit. Beautiful views! The kitchen was well stocked with a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Utensils and knives were plentiful, along with dishes/glassware. We appreciated having full TV channel access (some days were cold!), the washer/dryer and beautiful dining table setup. The lobby has a small coffee shop and a great Italian restaurant. The Tiki bar was nice for breakfast or a late nite cocktail. Grocery store is in walking distance, and the Circuit ride service was handy to go to Lauderdale by the Sea. Thanks to our host for a wonderful stay!!

Monica is amazing!! Quick to respond and resole any questions you may have. The location is great. Close to anything you may want or need! Food, shopping, and just an elevator ride to the beach!!! I will definitely bring staying here in the future!!

This is a great place to stay with easy access to the beach, an awesome tiki bar, a huge pool and a great Italian restaurant all at the property. The host was extremely friendly and communication was clear and very quick. The room was perfect with some nice items for use like beach chairs, beach towels, and even sunscreen. There are several other restaurants/bars within walking distance from the resort. It’s a perfect place to stay for a couple or a small family. Highly recommended.
