Nice, few mishaps

Ok, it was nice, there were no chairs for the kitchen table, the water pressure in the shower was non existent, horrible. Barely any hot water in the shower also, 2 windows did not lock at all, kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise it was great. Thank you.

do not stay!!!

this property is right at the corner of a busy intersection and facing a gas station. it is not a walking distance to any restaurants or attractions. in fact the neighbourhood is shady with a lot of garbage around and homeless people in the bushes. The apartment itself is small. The pull out couch was worn and dirty. the wall between the living room and the bedroom doesn't go all the way to the ceiling which gives no privacy. the walls are dirty, work and scratched. the bedsheets were dirty with stains and there was bunch of long black hair in bed. floor was greasy. the front window overlooked a dumpster. we were not provided with enough bedding and towels despite me contacting the property management team ahead of the check in time. I asked for a reimbursement due to these poor conditions. every time I msg'ed the team it took them hours to respond. My sister and I were forced to look for a different hotel last minute as we were concerned for our safety in that place. I was asked to take pictures of the property and send them in for review which I didn't and haven't heard from the property management since.

Ft Lauderdale apartment

The location was convenient to lots of restaurant, shopping, & events 
 but not walkable. However it was right by a large medical facility & we severely underestimated the amount of sirens that go by the complex all day & night. The unit was super clean & exactly as advertised! It was everything we needed for a few days stay. One big thing that we wished we would have been aware of was trash collection at 4am on Thursday morning. The unit was next to the trash dump & it sounded like the bin was coming through the wall. Woke up & scared our whole house. Also, the door only stayed closed if locked.
