We came and stayed for a couple of days⊠we paid a descent amount for our stay and the rooms details did not look as nice as they were in person .. there were baby roaches all over the apartment and the air system was terrible. The floors were so dirty that my feet were black after just an hour of being there.
Do not stay here. Very inflexible, non-refundable booking and roach-infested room. I killed 15 roaches of all sizes in my two nights I stayed there.
There is no front office, everything is conducted through email or phone and there can be significant delays.
Rooms have no heat, the shower leaks onto the floor, and accommodations are very spartan.
The property and the room were absolutely not as advertised. It was a -2 star motel rather than what we assumed was a nice condominium property. There was a terrible smell of pesticide and possible cleaning agent which we could not live with as our lungs were hurting us from breathing this. We had to sleep all night long with the air conditioning fan on with all the windows open to ventilate the place. The floors were absolutely filthy. The bed squeaked with noisy springs, as if it would fall through each time we moved on the bed. The wall walls and the repairs to the drywall from previous water leaks were very shotty. The bathroom sink barely drained as it was plugged with hair. The couch in a very small entrance area was old with what looked like to be shredded cat claw marks on the front. We had tried several times to phone and contact Expedia and all we received ways a reply the matter would be looked into. We had informed Expedia that we only stayed in the property until 8 oâclock the first morning and we had it booked for two days because we could not stay in the room any longer. We checked out and asked for a full refund due to the very bad experience with no refund and no report of Expediaâs involvement

Kitchen was great for cooking ! Enjoyed our stay . Wifi was just really bad thats the only complaint i have ! Other than that we enjoyed staying there !
My room was not confirmed even when I made a booking and paid full price 2 days before arriving. I had to call their customer service phone already after 4pm to be able to check-in and confirm my lock code as it was never communicated to me before. I called them at least 10 times as the line was always busy and they transfer calls to the voicemail, but they never call back when you leave the message.
Then they want to charge a comparatively big damage deposit, which they claim to be released only in 7-10 business days after check-out. This is a nonsense as they take your money in a second, but return in 10 business days. Btw, the whole set of furniture inside cost less than the deposit they take.
After check-out I sent 3 emails and called 3 days in a raw to their so called customer support phone to confirm my deposit release, but nobody even picked-up or called back or answered to my e-mails. They also never answer even to direct messages to the host via Expedia chat.
This is the worst communication experience you can get. Just imaging yourself arriving to your fully paid room and not being able to enter it because they don't answer your phone calls.
