We had a wonderful time at this house. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (and I am pretty picky) and the house was very clean! It is in a great location close to Lauderdale by the Sea. We had a group of 12 of us and enjoyed our stay. We seen lizards and iguanas right in our back yard!We had only two main issues. First was ants. I understand with all the vegetation it is probably hard to get rid of them entirely, but the longer the stay, the more annoying they got, as they ended up in the kitchen from the main bedroom bathroom. We put some ant bait boxes out but they didnt seem to work well.Second was the back of the house didn't ever really cool down. It was always hotter in the double room and master room. Jay suggested we keep the hallway bedroom door shut to allow circulation through the vent, so we did that. We did purchase a cooling fan and it only helped some.Even with those cons, we would definitely stay again. It is a big open house, clean and very comfortable. The pool was very fun for the kids and they had plenty of pool toys.

Best house to rent!

Our stay was stupendous. We loved the home. Great location. Close to beaches. Pool was terrific. Pac Man arcade game was a plus. We definitely would stay again. Great communication with the host, Jay! We loved it.

40th birthday

We stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration. The rooms were spacious, the neighborhood was quiet and the house was beautiful. It’s in a great location with plenty or restaurants and activities nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would return in the future. Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect Fort Lauderdale Vibes

Fantastic house with great spaces indoor and outdoor. We especially loved the bbq, pool and covered cabana area. Great communication with manager. Recommend 100%!

5/5 great rental space

5 out of 5 stars. This house is spacious and gorgeous. You can tell immediately that attention was paid to detail when this home was remodeled. The kitchen does not disappoint and is easy to maneuver with multiple people utilizing it simultaneously. The furniture is comfortable and adaptable, the bathrooms are clean and well kept and the beds are so comfortable with 5 Star hotel quality linens and each room offers ample space for storing your clothing. I haven’t even gotten to the outside. The private pool is a vacationers dream. The landscaping and foliage offer privacy from surrounding residences while presenting the vibe of a tropical oasis. The covered pergola is perfect for outdoor relaxing and dining. Overall the house is great, as are the caretakers. The pool was cleaned twice during our week stay; property manager Jay is so attentive and works hard to ensure your stay is resort quality. We had an issue with the grill during our stay and he had it replaced within a day. The property is mislabeled as having a hot tub under amenities, however the pool is very well heated and is perfect for when the sun goes down (just make sure you’re quiet after 10 pm). We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful House

This place was amazing. Not only was it very clean, it was open and spacious. Plenty of room for multiple people. The master suite side of the house is perfect for a couple and their children. Great location. The house is about 1 mile from the ocean. You can walk it. The pool was warm and clean. The landscaping is beautifully done and maintained. We spent a lot of time in the yard.Jay was very attentive to our requests. Always available when needed. I would definitely stay there again!Laura V.

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful! The pool was awesome. Grandchildren LOVED it. A few complaints-the web site listed a hot tub but there wasn't one, also it said hair dryers in each bathroom but there was only one hair dryer. Needs more kitchen supplies but we managed. Overall Loved the house!

Family Vacation 2024

This property was exactly what we were looking for and our host was just as awesome as the property! Plenty of space for all the kids and they loved the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The pac-man game in “kids’” bedroom was a big hit. Amazing kitchen and common area to hang out with a great view of the pool. The outdoor living space was nice to sit and just relax or cook on the grill. The area where the house is located is perfect for going to the beach or shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect! Can’t wait to go again! 😃
