★ENTERING THE HOUSE★



We require our guests to fill out a check-in form with basic information to

help us organize their stay. We will send the registration form to the primary

guest's email. Guests must provide vehicle details and the names of the

drivers who will be staying. Such rules make the community area secluded and

secure for guests.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your

stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this

reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result

in a $1000 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition

for future guests and your return visits.



★ADDITIONAL CLEANING ★



Additional cleaning costs $250/cleaning, and it must be requested before the

Check-In time.



**General Guidelines**



** ** Maximum Occupancy: The township and the Penn Estate community have

legally mandated that a maximum occupancy of 12 guests be followed.



We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition

for future guests and your return visits.



**Indoor Sauna Rules **



1. Age Restriction: The sauna and hot tub use is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.

2. Supervision: Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult when near these facilities.

3. Health Warning: Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the sauna or hot tub.

4. Alcohol: Avoid alcohol consumption when using the sauna and hot tub.

5. Time Limit: Limit usage to 15-20 minutes to prevent overheating or dehydration.

6. Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna or hot tub—cleanliness: Shower before and after use to maintain hygiene.



**Beverage Rules:** Guests are advised to consume food and beverages,

especially alcohol, responsibly.



**★ GUEST REGISTRATION ★**



Guest Registration forms must be submitted at least 2 days before arrival for

every reservation. Forms submitted 1 day or less before arrival are subject to

expedited processing fees of **$55**.



**Regular Check-in 5 PM**



**★ EARLY CHECK-IN ★**



If the property does not have a same-day turnover or requires maintenance,

there is a **$125 fee** for early check-in. 12 pm—4 pm.



**★ UNDERAGE ★**



Reservations are not allowed for individuals under 25 years of age. For groups

where some are under 25, the need for a Parental Guarantee Letter is

determined at our discretion based on the ages of the remaining members.



**★ PETS ALLOWED ★**



We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. An additional

cleaning fee is **$95** per pet/stay, with a maximum of two pets up to 20 LB.

Vaccination certificates must be provided at the time of registration.



**★ PARKING ★**



1. Driveway Parking Only: Parking is permitted only in the driveway. 4 cars max.

2. No Street Parking: Street parking is strictly prohibited—$ 85 violation fee.



**★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★**



No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Any smoking evidence

will result in a **$1,000** fee for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture

cleaning.



**★ NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ★**



1. No Fireworks Allowed: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.

2. There are no Open Fires anywhere on the property.

3. Fire Pits: if the Ban is in effect, fire pits are not permitted anywhere on the property.

4. Fine for Violation: Local enforcement will impose a fine of**up to $2,000** for any fireworks or open fire rules violations.



**★ NO EVENTS ALLOWED ★**



We respect our neighbors'**NO Noise after 11 PM** \- _subject to eviction

with no refund_.



**★ SECURITY DEPOSIT ★**



**$400** security deposit is required for all reservations. Fully refundable

within 72 hours after the stay, confirming all the above is clear of any

violations.



**★ADDITIONAL CLEANING ★**



Additional cleaning costs $250/cleaning, and it must be requested before the

Check-In time.







**★ CHECK - OUT ★**



1. Check-out time is at **11 AM** on your departure date.

2. Take the garbage to the outside bins. (We recycle)

3. Leave all the towels near the laundry area.

4. Store the dishes in the dishwasher machine and turn it on.

5. Turn off all Appliances, including Sauna and Lights. Leave the AC ON.

6. Don't forget all your personal belongings.

7. Ensure the property is left in good condition.

8. Shut windows and doors. Lock the Smart Locks only.



These rules are set to ensure our guests' comfort and the property's

maintenance. Violations will result in penalties or termination of the stay.
