Welcome — we`re really glad you found this one. This is our front unit at one of Wilton Manors` most loved addresses. A private pool, BBQ, king and queen bedrooms, beach towels included, and five minutes on foot to some of the best dining and nightlife in South Florida. Wilton Drive is right around the corner, Fort Lauderdale Beach is ten minutes away, and this neighborhood has a character that guests always say they didn`t expect and can`t stop talking about.
This is a duplex property — and honestly, we think that`s one of the things that makes it work so well. You`re getting your own fully private unit with your own entrance, your own kitchen, your own bathroom, and your own living space, while sharing the pool and outdoor area with the neighboring unit next door. Think of it like a small resort where two groups happen to be staying at the same time — each in their own space, each with full access to the backyard. Most guests find it relaxed and easy. You have everything you need entirely to yourselves, and the pool feels like a shared amenity rather than anyone`s private backyard.
We just want you to know what you`re walking into so there are no surprises. This isn`t a standalone home — it`s one half of a lovely duplex, and the setup genuinely works.

Living Room: Queen air mattress available on request — good for a third couple or extra guests who don`t mind a floor-level bed
1 full bathroom, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, and a hairdryer.
The Pool and Backyard
The backyard is where most guests end up spending the majority of their time. A private pool that runs naturally warm through the South Florida summer — usually around 82–86°F from late spring through October — a BBQ grill, and beach towels waiting for you. It`s a simple, easy outdoor space and it does its job perfectly.
For anyone visiting in the cooler months, pool heating is available from November through March. Just let us know at least 48 hours before you arrive and we`ll have it ready.
The Kitchen
Fully stocked with new appliances — drip coffee maker, everything you need to cook in properly, prep snacks for the beach, or just keep it simple. A dining area inside that works for the whole group. Iron, ironing board, in-unit washer and dryer for longer stays. Pack-n-play available on request if you`re traveling with a little one.
The Neighborhood
Wilton Manors has a reputation and it earns it. It`s one of the most walkable, genuinely lively neighborhoods in all of South Florida — a real community with great restaurants, bars, and shops along Wilton Drive that you can walk to in five minutes without needing to plan a thing. It`s LGBTQ+-welcoming, diverse, and has the kind of energy that makes people want to come back.
A hundred percent of our guests last year gave this location a five-star rating. That`s not something we engineer — it`s just a genuinely great place to be.

3. Our team is genuine, responsive, and committed to your comfort. We’re available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. While appliances are maintained regularly, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If so, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help as soon as possible.
4. Our goal at Tilah Stays, is to help create memorable experiences. Ask us about car rentals, birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette decorations, and more. We’d love to make your stay extra special.
5. For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.
What is expected of you?
1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.
2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.
3. Important Notice: Pool Attire Policy
To ensure a safe, sanitary, and premium environment for all our guests, we kindly remind you that proper swimming attire is strictly required at all times within the pool area.
4. Please keep in mind that the pool area is a shared family space. Since children may be present during your stay, we must kindly but firmly ask that glass bottles and glass cups are not used in or around the pool area. This rule is in place to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
5. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.
