Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Broadwalk" and the beach, guests can enjoy EXCITING activities such as Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, Golf, and more. Getting a tan, shopping all day, you name it; anything is possible in Hollywood Beach.



Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex.



Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.



Getting Around:

● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):

There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach.

● From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.



Other Things to Note:

●Registration fee: $50 (one time only).



●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St).



●Pack and Play Crib available upon request.

●We are a pet-friendly property. We welcome one pet per unit for free! Let us know about additional pets—fees may apply.

The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (Doesn’t apply to ESA).



Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!)

●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations.



However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned.

Great place to stay

Second year we have stayed at a unit at The Costa Hotel. Well located next to the Broadwalk, the property has everything you would want. The two bedroom itself was actually two units put together rather than the one unit depicted in the ad but that worked better for us since we travelled with adult children. They could have some privacy by closing the adjoining door between the two units. If there was was downside, I would say that the unit is bare bones and doesn't contain even the most basic items you would like for a two week stay - such as cleaning items and kitchen dish rack. Property manager communication was excellent though and they brought in some items but not others - since what is brought is up to the unit owner. All I can compare is that last year's unit was far better equipment with little items that showed the owner really cared about the details.

Great apartment with minor improvements needed

It was a very nice, spacious apartment for my family to stay for our vacation trip. this is the second time we rented a stay in this building. We love the location, especially with a little baby, proximity to the beach, to the boardwalk is just great. When we arrived the floors were not very clean, which was a disappointment, since my 22 month old baby stays primarily on the floor and plays with his toys. The main downside is that there is no mop or brush in the condo to make a quick clean up ourselves, which we dont mind at all, and during few days going to the beach and back the situation got even worse. My suggestion, please invest into a mop for the place. Also, the kitchen is not well stock up. there were no bowls for food prep, i had to purchase those myself, there is a full kitchen, we had to cook food for the family and there were no oven mittens to handle the hot backing pan, we had to use towels from the bathroom for that. I am not sure why the kitchen is so poorly stocked. in any other place we stayed it was a lot more utensils, bowls, containers, kitchen towels for a family to make meals and keep them in the refrigerator. In my opinion, with these small additions, this property is a great stay for a family. Ok, now about the front desk. When we arrived our room was not ready, it was 3:30 pm, which is fine. At 4 pm i went to the front desk again to make a check in, the room was ready and the front desk was busy, one person who started our check in transferred me to another person, to finish the process, which is fine, the 2nd person had some questions on the system and was asking questions the 1st one, i have assumed he is new, and/or in training. Finally he got us all settled and handed me our keys. The next day when we went to the beach, i stopped by the front desk to get beach towels, which are included in $25 per night of resort fee you pay. The 1st person from the evening before, he behaved like a manager, asked me for the towel card, i told him that we don't have one, all we were given the night before is the room keys. He said it is impossible, that we lost it and we need to pay $10 fee for it. I told him again that we were never given one(btw, towel key is a piece of paper with hand written room number and amount of people staying) He said that it is IMPOSIBLE, his exact words I NEVER MAKE MISTAKES! is this how you treat customers? He needs to learn how to talk to customers. So unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes!
