The Space
This architectural masterpiece welcomes you with a dramatic 35-foot ceiling. The main floor is an entertainer`s dream, featuring the dual-island kitchen and flowing out to the pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area. The first floor conveniently hosts four bedroom suites. The third floor is dedicated to the magnificent master suite—a private sanctuary with a spa-like bathroom, private balcony, and access to the rooftop deck.

‱ Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am daily.
‱ Security: For your safety, the property is monitored by 24-hour security cameras on the exterior perimeter only. There are also noise monitors in the common areas to comply with city ordinances (these do not record sound, only measure decibel levels).
‱ Commercial Use: Commercial photography and filming are allowed, but please discuss this with us prior to booking.
‱ Only pre-approved vendors authorized by Luxuri are permitted on the property. For security and quality assurance purposes, we do not allow any vendors or service providers who have not been reviewed and approved through our official Luxuri process.
‱ Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles. Please note that any vehicle brought by a vendor associated with your stay will be counted toward this two-vehicle limit.
‱ All vehicles must be parked inside the garage.
‱ Elevator access is available only with prior approval and requires an additional damage deposit of $1,000.

Amazing

This house was perfect for our annual friends getaway trip and yacht trip. The dock on the back of the home is sufficient for a large Yacht to pull up and pick up and drop off, The Pool was in good condition. The home was beautiful. Everything was just perfect. We were actually missed missing a lid for the blender. The host brought us a new blender. They were on top of everything. The kitchen/bar/living area is huge. We had a private chef and a live band and it made for a perfect dance floor. This house is amazing for entertaining. The only complaint from any of the guests was the community bathroom was incredibly small and if that’s the worst thing, you can say about a rental house they’re doing everything right

Beautiful Home

Home is beautiful as advertised. Street that is in on is incredible narrow and was flooded every day we were there. It was so bad we could not walk anywhere. We had to drive everyplace even though Las Olas was a 5 minute walk. the standing water as at least 1 foot deep in sections of the street all the time. Otherwise the house is as advertised. It was extremely clean, pool and spa were great. A/C and all amenities worked fine. One shower with a 'spa/steam bath' had a shower door that would not close so that shower was unusable. All other bathrooms were fine. Floats for pool were dirty and had black mold on them. (perhaps they are rarely used, but housekeeping should add them to their list of items to clean. Properly manager met us at the check-in time an went over all systems in the house with us. Big beautiful kitcten but the huge counter tops only had electrical outlets at each end, which was an oversight on the part of the builder. Other minor complaint is that the pool area is only accessible through bedroom doors or walking down the steps from the middle level, when there's a big section of glass facing the pool on the ground level where a door should be. The house has no rain gutters so water was constantly dripping on our heads as we walked down the steps from the second floor to the pool in the mornings. All beds and linens were clean and comfortable. In spite of minor complaints we loved the house.

We had an amazing time with family. Everything was amazing. The only things family mentioned... in order to go out to the backyard you had to go thru one of the 3 bedrooms, not enough wastebaskets in bathrooms and hooks, but other than that it was perfect!)

Very nice house. Good location

Excellent house for a family. Very good location. Short walk to town. Master suite is great. 2nd floor and kitchen is a wide open setup. Excellent kitchen setup. Bedrooms are nice. Some oddities. One of the bedrooms had no dresser or closet. There’s a lack of closet space overall but we worked around it. It seemed as in an effort to have more bedrooms some things got overlooked. For example, there’s no access to the ground floor level backyard/pool/dock other than through the bedrooms. So in order to get to the outdoor space on the main level you have to take an exterior staircase from the 2nd level. But, there’s no handle to get back in once you are outside. Just a bit odd. We assumed that one of the ground floor bedrooms must once have been a common room that had access to the backyard. The only other negatives for us was that although it was a very nice family home it was not really good for entertaining. There’s very poor outdoor lighting. There are no tables to sit outside and eat on. There are a couple of couches you could sit on but one of them was torn and badly stained. Also, there’s no place for guests to park. Our cars took up the spots in the garage and small driveway leaving absolutely no place for guests to park as we were told upon arrival parking on this residential street was not permitted. We had a small party planned. Between the lack of seating, lighting and parking we canceled it. But for the lack of being able to entertain this is a really nice house that we really enjoyed. The rooftop decks are very nice with great views.
