➺ Queen-size bed with a nice dressing room area and a beautiful divider. Huge closet with hangers and a dresser.
➺ Nice size TV with cable.
➺ Small wall AC.
➺ Glassdoor so you can see the beach.
➺ Towels and linens are stocked in the condo.
➺ Toilet paper and paper towels were provided.
➺ There is a coin washer and dryer right down the hall next to the elevator.
➺ Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided.
➺ Wifi included.
➺ Free parking.

Condo rules:
➺ No pets allowed.
➺ No smoking inside the condo.
➺ No loud noise, no parties, no illegal substances or activity.
➺ Parking space is provided at check-in with a mirror card that allows you to be in the space provided however if this is not placed on the car will be towed. You must park at the space given or you will be towed. (replacement of mirror card is $25 if lost)
➺ Please respect this condo and keep it clean at all times.
➺ At the time of check out please throw all trash away located in the driveway to the right of the building in the white gate.
➺ Please recycle bins outside of the gate.
➺ Please wash all dishes used.
➺ At checkout, the property will be inspected and cleaned.
