Newly Renovated Cozy Oasis House W/ Pool

Relaxing newly renovated home for friends and family to enjoy a peaceful place to stay. These spaces have been tastefully renovated with beautiful furniture, fixtures and features.
This single family home features an updated kitchen with a beautiful dining area. Complete with 3 spacious bedrooms that accommodates 6 people and 2 newly constructed bathrooms.
The outdoor area is a backyard oasis featuring a pool with an outside patio. That’s covered perfect for outside dining while enjoying the pool.

We want you to feel welcome and comfortable however, please remember that this is someone’s home and neighborhood. So we asked to please treat it with the same respect you treat your home.
I’m sure you’ll be lovely guest, but we must mention a few simple ground rules:

-Minimum 2 stay tonight

-We do not permit bookings on behalf of others than the names listed on the agreement

-This home is not childproof. There are no electrical outlets covers, cabinet locks or baby gates so please be aware.

-Please don not move or rearrange the furniture decor.

-Please clean up after yourselves (supplies provided) and return things the way you found them

-No tampering with or disabling Internet equipment cameras, noise detector, smoke detector

-Smoking/vaping of any type strictly provided permit prohibited while staying at this rest residence inside and outside.

-We charge additional $500 fee if smoking of takes place anywhere on the property plus the cost of any damages damages from burn marks.

-Pets are allowed on the premises. We charge an additional $200 fee.

-Request for early check-in or late check-out may require an additional fees (please just ask if we can we will)

If you’re unaware, unsure whether you’re able to use or do something just ask, we are reasonable people.
