*A clear copy of a valid form of ID must be shared and a Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed prior to Check-in.
*NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house or near open doors and windows. Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, burns, or residue) will result in a minimum $350 deep-cleaning fee.
