Perfect location

We spent a week at the condo and we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, next to the beach and boardwalk. This part of the beach is less crowded. We will be back!

Emplacement parfait mais désuet

Avis Les plus grands avantages sont la proximitĂ© du Boardwalk et de la mer ainsi que la piscine. Le bĂątiment a vraiment besoin d’ĂȘtre rafraĂźchi et d’ailleurs, quelques travaux semblent en cours (pas d’accĂšs au patio du toit). Dans le studio, il ne manque de rien au niveau des commoditĂ©s et de l’équipement mais avec les photos, on s’attendait Ă  mieux. Pour nous, c’est comme un 2 ou 2,5 Ă©toiles. Le confort des lits pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ© tout comme la force de l’air climatisĂ©. AprĂšs 10 minutes Ă  l’intĂ©rieur, on avait un peu chaud! Nous avons quand mĂȘme adorĂ© nos vacances car Hollywood est unique mais la prochaine fois, nous tenterons de trouver un endroit plus propre, avec un meilleur confort pour dormir, un balcon et une meilleure climatisation. Merci Ă  l’hĂŽte pour le prĂȘt des chaises de plage, le parasol (bien qu’abĂźmĂ©) et la bonne communication.

The room was clean, the pool was very nice. Bob was prompt in answering any questions I had. The beach was just a short walk away with amazing views. I highly recommend.

One of the Best!!!

-We have stayed in this complex 3 times (twice with Bob). You can't miss with this property right by the beach, bus line, Holly Go shuttle (free), Circuit ride 2 per person, plenty of activities, and restaurants. The property had construction going on last year and this year it's a lot more quiet. It's bright and fresh and the pool is open. -The unit itself has some upgrades (fresh paint, new cabinets in the kitchen, bathroom). Since this is our second time staying at this property I can mention the changes the next comments.-I cooked everyday with a two burner cooktop. I know this may not be the case for everyone. There are dinnerware, cutlery, and cups. For me I could use sharper knives and some mixing bowls for my pasta salads and salads. -For the beach there are two chairs but there is no cooler for the beach. There is an umbrella but it will not work on windy days. Overall, it is a gem with some minor changes needed. We have recommended and would stay again.

Great Stay!!!

We had a great time in this place for our first time at Hollywood Beach!!! This apartment is great for two people, beach is just a few steps away, pool even closer!! Places to eat is just a short walk down the Broadwalk. We would stay again!!

Exactly what I was looking for: a clean quiet getaway near the beach! Check-in couldn't have been any easier and Bob even programmed the keyless lock to a number he knew I couldn't forget (nice touch!). He also informed me that the condo was ready for me early, as he knew I had flown in early. The kitchen with full fridge was well equiped with everything I needed and the roomy studio was spic-n-span clean. Also, having a dedicated parking spot in that neighborhood is a huge bonus! Pool area was very clean and quiet with cushions for the loungers. All in all, 5 Star!

Perfect Location Perfect Price

Hollywood beach was the perfect getaway for us! Romantic, yet also very family friendly. Hollywood takes pride in their Broadwalk and beaches, cleaning and maintaining daily. We highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to have easy access to the beach! The sunrises were unbelievable. This clean and cute studio was very accommodating. Our host was very responsive (responding within the hour consistently).We will be back! This has been over of our most favorite trips.

My Stay in late April

Bob was very good on communication. Everything worked well, clean, everything you would need was there in the unit that you would need or want. The renovations on the building were great, the new pool was fabulous and it was gated all around. Very quiet property. The area around is quite and lovely. The beach was about a 2 minute walk from the front of the building. Shops, services and Hotels a mere walk from where your unit is located. Lovely "Broadwalk" right beside the beach. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Glenna.

Nice place, would do it again.

Wife and I went to the keys and needed a place to unwind before our flight home. This place was as it said steps to the beach and boardwalk, plus places to eat without having to drive. It was clean, everything was as advertised. The property manager was great to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. So if you are looking for a place for two to stay near the beach this is it.

Excellent location!

This condo is perfectly located one block from the boardwalk. That was the best part. Also, the owner communicated well and had the condo available earlier than check-in time (although, we weren’t in town yet until check-in anyway). Unfortunately, the Murphy bed was creaky and not very comfortable for a week-long stay. Probably better suited for a couple of nights or for a younger couple. The countertop, stools, and A/C unit have been upgraded compared to the listing photos, but sadly the couch has not. It wasn’t in the best shape and we didn’t feel comfortable using it.

The Best Location!!

We have stayed in the same complex with a different company this is our first using Vrbo. Bob's place was great. He had all you need to be comfortable. Location to the beach and communication with the host were phenomenal. Our ship came in early and Bob offered for us to leave our luggage in one of his other spaces (in the same complex) and that was so helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment was okay and that's because I am a person that sees dirt/dust that no one else does : ) If you are in the Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area stay I highly recommend. There's a lot of benefits to this location....walking the Broadwalk on the beach, safe area, local bus, Circuit ride ($2 per person), restaurants, and more. There are upgrades being done on the property as a whole but don't worry this is a benefit to guests. FYI...the washer/dryer are $1.75 each and you use a card to operate that is provided. You can add money to it using a debit/cc. There may be a balance from previous guest. Enjoy!

LOCATION!

If you are just down for the beach this is it! Walk down the steps and to the right: there's the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of places to get food. I did have to uber to get grocery type items. There's a tiny tiny market within walking distance but prices are through the roof and stock is pretty limited. Instacart also delivers pretty quickly. The muphy bed was comfy enough but blocked the door so you either have to climb around it or close it every morning. Being lazy I climbed around it. Simple enough. Pics don't do it justice- it has new granite countertops and new cabinets in the kitchen area. The owner (Bob) was super responsive and friendly. I'd def stay again for the beach convenience and friendly vibe alone. Enjoy!

Hollywood Beach

We've stayed at this property 3-4 times now. We love the location, parking availibility, and the ease of checking into and out of the property. They are in the middle of a renovation on the opposite side we stayed on. Our only disappointment was the pool not being open, but still a great location and easily affordable.
