Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

The beach is a short 5min ride. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away on the US1. Popular Mall attractions are: Capital Grill, Blue Martini Bar restaurant w/ late night dancing, Seasons 52. Just across the street is a Publix, Trader Joeâs, Whole Foods, Starbucks and upscale liquors store with frequent wine tastings. Take the water taxi to Las Olas, Shooters, or just tour the mansions on the canals.
The Neighborhood:
Poinsettia Heights is a neighborhood in the northeast section of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and its boundaries are west of Federal Highway, north of Sunrise Boulevard and adjacent to the neighborhoods of Lake Ridge and Middle River Terrace. Poinsettia Heights is in Broward County and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Living in Poinsettia Heights offers residents a sparse suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Poinsettia Heights there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
Getting Around:
This location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot.

†IMPORTANT: In compliance with the City of Fort Lauderdale requisites for vacation rentals, guest shall provide to host photo ID upon booking. Photo ID will need to be provided on the Airbnb message app by attaching the file.
†Unfortunately, we canât offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb website to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
†The usual pool heating temperature is 87°F, and there's an additional $30 per day charge if you want it warmer up to 90°F.
†I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while youâre away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
