Great property!

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! Tucked in a neighborhood that has everything one may need within just a few minutes. Property was exactly as described in the listing. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms was so great for every guest to retreat to their own space at days end. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. We spent each day grilling and dining riverside. Would 100% return!

No hot water.

No hot water entire stay in master bathroom, guest room, kitchen and laundry room. No propane for grill. Pool dirty. Toaster did not work. House was nice but no hot water created a real issue with all. Had to borrow guest showers, couldn’t wash clothes requiring hot water.

Beautiful property, great location. Exceeded expectations. Two of the showers were not draining after first time use. Texted the issue and within a short time, they were fixed. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Intercoastal Stay

The house was very nice. Every room has been updated top to bottom. The home has a great layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, everyone had privacy. The outside area is also beautiful with multi sitting areas. Lastly the area is close to shopping and outstanding restaurants.

Short 3 day stay

Lovely property in a great location. Only 10-15 minutes from most areas in Fort Lauderdale. Could have stay longer if we didn’t need to fly back to Scotland. Perfect for 6-8 adults.

Great House. Hard time getting in.

Very nice house in great quiet neighborhood. Beautiful spot on the river. We could not get the lock to work and it was hard to get VRBO to come fix it. Even after getting the problem fixed it was very difficult to lock the door. A major annoyance in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Nice place. Small beds. Need to be king beds. Pool needs heater. Getting to dock isn’t easy because of fixed bridge so couldn’t get our boat to the dock. Overall nice place and good location.

Beautiful

Place was amazing!! Had a great place Super Clean!! Only flaw is its listed as a 4 bedroom which is actually 3 probably has a pull out couch. Did not have any blankets or pillows though for it. We did not need it though. However the communication was excellent and I had no doubt if i asked they would have gotten it to us ASAP!! The only other the I wish is that the pool was slightly heated. I would have paid extra for that. I would definitely be back.

Beautiful tropical oasis

We loved our time there, a big plus for our group of 7 women was 4 bathrooms so we could all get ready at the same time. The canal view was beautiful and there was lots if outdoor seating. The neighborhood was safe and close to everything we needed.

Loved it

Really loved this house, it was huge 4 bedrooms each with on suite full baths. Well one of the bedrooms was actually another family room with a pool table and big screen tv. Kitchen was so cute, new with upscale appliances Back yard huge with pool and amazing decks along the canal where you can enjoy the view and watch all the jet skis and paddle boards and boats go by, but you still feel private. Would stay again anytime Also walking distance to tons of places including Whole Foods, hair and nail salons, DSW shoes, etc etc. Awesome place

Beautiful home right on the water!

We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with friends, and it was the perfect setting. The home was incredibly clean and accommodated everyone so well. The back deck was perfect with many lounge chairs and a large table right on the water. We spent the majority of our time outside. Each room, including the game room, had its own bathroom so it was super easy for everyone to get ready without a lot of delays. I have two suggestions to make the stay better for future guests: We received an email and text from Turn Key letting us know that this property is eligible for early check-in and late check-out if it can be accommodated. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. We were told that the owners do not allow this convenience. It was very frustrating to get there 2 hours early and the house was ready, but we couldn't go in. Also, extra pillows and blankets need to be accessible to guests. We had to go and buy 2 extra blankets while we were there.

The place was immaculate, spacious and perhaps more beautiful than the pictures. Modern kitchen. Location was awesome, neighborhood safe. Everything was easy to find. Great place for a group of friends to stay. We didn’t get to use the Grill as planned but we did jump in the pool.

Great location and views

Property was well maintained and beautiful views on the river. The pool does not receive much direct sunlight, due to large trees surrounding, but was still a decent temperature to swim in mid-October. House is in a gated community and close to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property!

We had 6 adults staying here for a small birthday/reunion trip. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with tons of stores / restaurants off the main road. Several grocery stores are close by (if you are staying more than 2-3 days we recommend it for essentials like additional toilet paper, bug spray, garbage bags etc. They did provide some). The house layout was perfect for privacy as the rooms are spread out and each room had their own bathroom. The game room came in handy when it stormed one day- pool table and board games. The pool / patio/ deck were wonderful for sunrise coffee, mid day sunbathing or evening dinner. The kitchen had the basic pots/pans/utensils which was nice. The pool was perfect for hanging out morning or night! The house had some very nice upgrades (appliances, furniture) which made it feel resort like. Just a few minor complaints- we wish each bathroom had one or two more bath towels although they provided many large beach/pool towels so we adapted! The bed pillows are very soft /flatten quickly but we ran to one of the nearby stores and grabbed a few more to our liking. There are not TVs in each room and the ones they had, we couldn’t get them to work for basic cable. The A/C is a smart unit that has program settings that turn it up randomly (middle of the night in our case) but again we adapted, just a heads up. We were nervous at first to be dealing with a property management company (vs an individual) but it was a fantastic experiance. Check in was super easy (they text you the info several days before so you know what to expect). The door code didn’t work when we came home one night but we were able to text the property management company and they responded in a few mins and all was good! We highly recommend this rental- the location is great, house is beautiful, and property management company was a breeze to work with! Definitely worth every penny!

Great stay!

This is a 10/10. I went with a group of 8 girls in our mid 20s and this was such a great place. A quick Uber to bars and restaurants on the beach. Only thing that was annoying is that they don’t let you in until 4pm. We tried to get in earlier and since it’s owned by a company they didn’t let us. All 4 rooms had bathrooms attached which was great for girls getting ready. Looks exactly like the pictures. We’ll be using this property again!

What a view!!!

We stayed here for a couples birthday trip and it was almost perfect! Outside of some missing toilet paper and a few dirty dishes, we would definitely come back again! The house was clean, spacious and had a back yard view worth every penny! The location was great with lots of stores within a 5 minute drive or walk. I would recommend they opt for a hammock and a pool cover, but overall one of the best rental houses we’ve stayed at!

A Beautiful Place

First of all I would like to say that this house is even better than the photos. The location, in front of the canal, is unbeatable. Our family enjoyed several meals at the table right in front of the canal. The neighborhood is perfect, very quiet and very close to several restaurants. We ordered food from a local pizzeria and it was delicious. The house has 3 bedrooms plus a game room with a queen sofa bed and each room has its own bathroom (including the game room) which is very convenient. The house has a laundry room, which is not in the pictures, with a washing machine, dryer, and a pantry to store drinks and food. As a suggestion for the company, I would like to mention a few small details that I believe should not be overlooked since it is the details that make a vacation from excellent to perfect. First of all, the pool was not ready when we arrived. As we were informed, the pool is cleaned every Monday, unfortunately we arrived on Memorial Day Monday and since it was a holiday, the person who maintains the pool did not work that day. Actually the pool was not dirty, it was stagnant and the light was off. I notified the company and the next day they sent us a person who came in the evening. He set up the motor and clean the pool but he told us that to fix the light he had to drain the pool, which would take several hours, and fill it up again. As we were only going to be there for 4 days, we preferred to forget about the pool light rather than to lose a whole day of enjoying the pool due to the repairs. On the other hand, the toilet seat of one of the bathrooms was broken and was promptly fixed upon request. The dishwasher was not working, we also reported it to this person when he came to fix the toilet seat. Finally, in the kitchen there was no paper towel, but we brought ours so we didn't pay much attention to this. It seems to me that for the price and the beauty of this house, these small details should be taken into account so that the clients have an even better experience. Despite these inconveniences, I would rent this house again with my eyes closed. My family love this house, we didn't want to leave.
