THE KITCHENETTE — please read this before booking:
This studio has a kitchenette, not a kitchen. You get a microwave, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and dishware. There is no stove, no cooktop, and no oven. You can reheat, brew, and keep things cold — you cannot cook a meal here.

We say this plainly because it's the one thing that surprises guests. If you need a full kitchen, we manage larger units in the same building — just ask and we'll find you one.

Sleeps 2. There is no sofa bed, and the building caps occupancy at 2 guests.

A note on the balcony: it's yours to enjoy, but building rules apply — no grilling or open flames, no hanging or drying items over the railing, and nothing may be thrown or dropped from it.

BUILDING FEES (paid to Costa Hollywood management at check-in — not to us, not through Airbnb)

Mandatory:
- Resort fee: $45.20 per night
- Registration fee: $56.50, one time
- Security hold: $100, refundable

Optional:
- Pet fee: $100, one time

We disclose these before you book because we'd rather lose a booking than surprise you at the door. Amounts are set by building management and can change; we'll confirm the current amounts in writing before you arrive.

PARKING
Self-parking on site, paid through the PayByPhone app or the ground-floor meter. Roughly $45 per 24 hours; longer rates shown on the meter. No valet.

WHAT THIS IS
A privately owned residence inside a condo-resort. No daily housekeeping, no room service, no hotel front-desk services.

- Shared laundry rooms in the building: $2.50 per load
- A rental agreement is required before check-in — we send it after booking
- A noise monitoring device is installed. It measures decibel levels only. It does not record audio, and there are no cameras anywhere inside the unit.
- Check-in after 4:00 PM · Checkout before 11:00 AM
- 2 guests maximum
