Housekeeping Services:
As part of Hilton CleanStay with Lysol Protection Program, and in effort to ensure we continue providing service you are comfortable with, Conrad Vacation Rentals will only be offering daily Suitekeeping services upon request. Our team maintains a high standard of cleaning and will always clean your unit before check-in and after check-out. Please let us know what your preferences may be upon arrival. Please vacate the suite during the service to ensure proper social distancing.

Policies:
A proper government ID and a credit card is required upon check in to cover any incidental charges for this stay. A hold/authorization will be placed on your debit/credit card account for the estimated incidentals ($100/day) through your check-out date and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of the card issuer.

Damaged Penalty: If unit is damaged, charges may apply.
