With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St ).

●We are a pet-friendly property.

The condo has a 25 lbs restriction ( Doesn’t apply to ESA).



Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!)
