This is a beautiful home near US1 in safe Area of Hollywood, close to the Ocean. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:

— 3 bedrooms, living and dining rooms.

— ROOM 4: Dining room area with large table to sit up to 14 people

— ROOM 5: Neat Living room with 3 Sofa beds, 1 couch and a TV

— Parking: The front of the house has a full driveway with parking for 1-4 cars

THE KITCHEN:

40% of events held at this home are family reunions, and people love to cook up a storm. So, we make sure to have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal!

Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:

— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.

— Regular oven.

— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.

— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps many people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee at the Sunny Deck (a family favorite).

— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap

— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge and various other kitchen utensils.

This house is in a nice area close to Hard Rock Casino and Hard Rock Stadium where you can attend concerts or sport events ,

Its also close to Hallandale beach, Dania beach and Hollywood beach. The house is great for Families, Big groups, business trips or Vacations



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire house. Stay connected with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, and unwind with TVs and a patio area complete with recliners, an umbrella, and a BBQ. Parking is free for four cars only, We strive to accommodate flexible check-in times when possible, and you'll have a keyless entrance with a personalized code provided day of arrival.

Other Things to Note:

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.

*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please park no more than 4 cars



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host doesn't able store or sending it overstate



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods. (No laundry detergent)



Please be considerate to neighbors and lower noise volume under 75 decibels after 9PM



If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You will be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.



Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours. (per your request)





We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
