The house is a beautiful home in Beautiful Area of Hollywood, close to the Ocean. perfect for gatherings. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:

— You will have access to the entire home.

— 3 bedrooms and a living room.

— Whole house has Wi-Fi throughout.

— ROOM 1: Master Bedroom with 2 queen beds large closet

— ROOM 2: Bedroom with 1 queen bed, next to the bathroom

— ROOM 3: Cozy Bedroom with queen size bed

— ROOM 4: Dinning room area with large table to sit up to 12 people

— ROOM 5: Very Spacious Living room with 4 Sofa beds and a tv.

— Parking: The front of the house has a driveway with parking for 3 cars and a carport with parking for 1 car

— We have outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests.

— Kitchen to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.

— Regular oven.

— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups and more.

— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps many people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine a kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea at the pool area.

— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap

— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge and various other kitchen utensils.



LOCATION:

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up).

Almost everything is within a short drive from us

A few minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail (Grocery Store, Liquor Store, Gas station).

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house, laundry, full kitchen, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, TVs, beach chairs and BBQ. Free parking for 1-4 cars, washer and dryer. For check-in we are happy to be flexible as long as the schedule allows. We offer a key less entrance and will provide you with the code to enter the house upon check-in

***Dear guests as we mentioned our standard check in time is by 5 pm, but in frame of seasonal time, it possible delay, due to housekeeping overload with cleaning

We are trying FOR YOU, and ask for your understanding.



Other Things to Note:

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.

*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please only park 4 cars (max)



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. (no laundry detergent)



Please be considerate to neighbors and lower noise under 75 decibels after 9PM



If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You may be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.



Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, per your request, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please roll the garbage container to the front road as provided on the instructions and roll back after pick up.

We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.

As much as needed. I will guide the guests when they arrive and will be glad to assist them during their stay per request.
