INSIDE THE BUNGALOW

This studio bungalow sleeps four, with two queen beds in the main living area and a leather futon. Watch your favorite shows before bedtime on the 55” Sony TV.

A convenient desk with two chairs is ideal for checking emails.

The tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower.

While there is not a full kitchen, you will have access to a full-size Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator with built-in ice maker and cold water dispenser, Frigidaire microwave, and Keurig K-cup coffee maker.

With a spot this close to the beach, you’ll appreciate the supply of beach goodies, including beach towels and a Sportbrella or beach umbrella. All other towels and linens are provided, too!

LOCATION

You can’t get much closer to the Beach and Broadwalk than this -- 1 block from the action. The Art Deco Beach Bungalows are also just a few yards away from Sun & Fun Cycles, the fabulous Taco Spot, Florio’s of Little Italy, and the City of Hollywood's Charnow Park. Not to mention the sand, surf, volleyball net and cabanas of Hollywood Beach!

Adventure lovers: Hollywood Jet Ski is a short 10-minute (0.5 mile) walk to the north.

There are events aplenty at your doorstep here! Check out the free concerts at the nearby outdoor Hollywood Beach Theater, located at Johnson Street and the Broadwalk (just a 3 minute walk to the south), five nights a week. Concerts are scheduled at 7:30pm to 9pm, weather permitting.

Music and dancing under the stars is held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, plus The Broadwalk Friday Fest and Saturday's Bandstand.

On Sundays, you will also find open Josh’s Organic Garden Market with organic fruits, vegetables from a local farmer -- a 14-minute walk south. Get there early for your pick of fresh produce and juices from the Juice Bar.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
