ℹ️ This is a PRIVATE RESIDENCE and all guests must be registered with The Four Seasons. All items inside the residence are owned by the residence owner and should NOT be given to four seasons staff. Any items accidentally given to four seasons staff cannot be recovered and will be replaced at the guests expense.



● PET RULES:

-Confirmation from manager that property is pet friendly and approval of pet is required.

-Pets must be fully potty trained.

-Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or inside the pool.

-All pet waste must be disposed of in a sealed pet waste bag and placed in the designated bin.

-If pet hair is found on linens or furniture, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

-Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet, including scratches, stains, or chewing on furniture.

-Pets must not dig or cause damage to the turf, landscaping, or outdoor furniture.



● SMOKING POLICY:

This is a strictly non-smoking condo. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana) is not permitted INSIDE the unit at any time. Smoking is only allowed in designated OUTDOOR/BALCONY areas, in accordance with the building’s outdoor smoking policy. All balcony doors must remain fully CLOSED at all times to prevent smoke from entering the Unit.

Maximum occupancy is 4 Adults, (1) infant is not included in the count of total.



a. The maximum number of transient occupants authorized to stay overnight at any vacation rental shall be limited to two (2) persons per sleeping room. The number of sleeping rooms shall be confirmed by on-site inspection by a representative of the city, and



b. The maximum number of persons allowed to gather at or occupy a vacation rental shall not exceed one and one-half (1 ½) times the maximum occupants authorized to stay overnight at that site, as shown on the certificate of compliance, and in no event shall a gathering exceed twenty (20) persons. This subsection b. shall not apply to owner-occupied vacation rentals when the property owner is physically present on the site during the gathering, and



c. Up to four (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age are exempt from and shall not count towards the occupancy limits set in subsections a. and b. above.
