Adequate, but not a true VRBO by Definition
Overall, Christine as a host was excellent. She responded very quickly to any questions we had. The listing is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. However, the house is actually a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with limited access to guests. We were not allowed to use the master bedroom or bath. Not having access was uncomfortable because of not knowing what was behind the locked door. We understand a house may have a locked closet or small room for owner property or cleaning supplies, however, locking large areas such as a master suite or garage is uncomfortable. The bedrooms were guest rooms, so they were small and tight. We had to use the guest bath, so it was small. It needs an upgrade in lighting. It was hard to shave or put on makeup. The pool offered an area for relaxing. There was also a grill to cook dinner on. The only downside to the outside area is that it is located next to a busy boulevard. You can hear cars at all hours of the night going up and down the street. The kitchen has no storage for guests and is overwhelmed with the owner's personal property. Access is very limited to items that guests can use. Overall, a suitable rental for a short stay, but would not recommend a long stay.
