Welcome to your stylish escape in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! This stunning, brand-new townhome—completed in Summer 2023—offers the perfect blend of modern design and relaxed Florida charm.

Take a dip in your private, newly built pool, then step inside to discover sun-drenched rooms, chic boho-inspired décor, and high-end finishes throughout. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, style, and room for everyone to unwind.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, Wi-Fi, limited parking (2 Cars only), washer, and dryer.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.
The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
