The Space:

My home is the perfect spot for your family or group gathering in Fort Lauderdale!



You’ll have access to 4 wonderful bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are also three Queen beds and 1 Single bed across the remaining three bedrooms. All of the beds are super comfy and feature high end linens.



The sun-filled living room is the perfect spot for relaxing. It’s spacious and has a great couch where you can gather and watch TV with your family.



The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect spot for cooking, along with a large dining table where your group can gather for memorable meals.



You’ll enjoy great views from the stunning rooftop patio. There’s also a fully fenced backyard with trees for privacy. This spot has it all!



You’ll also have a private workspace for when you need to reconnect with the office – though with all the amenities, hopefully you don’t spend too much time at work!

Getting Around:

You'll be minutes from Las Olas Boulevard, where you'll find the best of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. There's parking for up to two cars on the driveway. You'll be able to drive or Uber to most destinations. Plus, you'll have access to the Fort Lauderdale Water taxi, which is a wonderful way to see the city and access the best destinations in the city!



Other Things to Note:

The garage is used for owner storage. It is not available for guest use or parking. The fourth bedroom is on the top floor, and does not have a private door. You must walk through the fourth bedroom to access the rooftop patio.
