La chambre principale a un lit king-size confortable et salle de bain complète en-suite. Deux autres chambres d'hôtes, avec lits queen size, partagent la salle de bain complète. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et est le rêve d'un cuisinier! Ameublement élégant et confortable du milieu du siècle. Accueil très récemment mis à jour dans tous les sens! La cour arrière est entièrement privée et clôturée de tous les côtés. La piscine chauffée reçoit le plein soleil la plupart de la journée, et il y a de nombreux sièges confortables avec un beau barbecue à gaz. Tout cela et situé dans un quartier sûr et haut de gamme qui est proche de tout ce que Fort Lauderdale a à offrir!

The house was immaculate, well stocked with amenities, and host was very responsive to all questions and requests. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was clean and heated to 88 degrees. Overall a relaxing and wonderful place to stay.

Well appointed property!

From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcome, home was beautifully staged. We had almost a month long stay and can honestly say we lacked nothing! Everything needed was there..and more! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms beautiful and the pool was wonderful! Beautiful property!!

A great house with all that you need

Amazing home, great layout with spacious kitchen which had every type of glass, plate and kitchen gadget! Very well kept home with an amazing pool, in a peaceful neighborhood close to all locations including the beach.

Just as described!!

The house was beautiful, and was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was great and was also very clean. The house was equipped with various updated household and kitchen appliances. The only con I had was the bathroom door in the master bathroom swung inward, not outward, making it a little hard to enter the shower without your body touching parts of the shower wall/glass door. I would have also liked to have a television in the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home!

This place was all that it was advertised to be and more! The app we were asked to download for checking in/leaving was easy to use and had all of the information we needed for our stay. I used it when a few issues came up to contact the property manager and got immediate responses. The house was immaculate upon arrival! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen had every appliance/pot/pan/plate/cup you could need. The bathroom showers were spacious and spa like! The backyard area is beautiful and well kept. The pool was incredible! Our kids swam in it non-stop (when we weren't at the beach) and really enjoyed the heated water and lights at night. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is very close to shopping, restaurants and the highway for those ventures to other beaches and points of interest. If you see this property, and are thinking about renting...don't think....just do! You won't regret it! We will be coming back again for sure!

Serenity House

David and Leo are very kind and very prompt to handle any needs/concerns you may have, they really care about you have an enjoyable stay! Superb property and great property management company

Having stayed at numerous vacation rentals, there is always the apprehension when trying somewhere new. You can rest assured that this property lives up to the description and the other excellent past reviews. The property is very well equipped with everything you could need, the pool area is excellent, property well furnished, the neighbourhood is friendly and quiet - a real home away from home. I want to also give kudos to the property management company, Fort Lauderdale Stays and David - their communication is excellent, and they provided lots of helpful information and were on hand if required. Will certainly be using them again for a future vacation.

Great experience at Serenity Place. This property is in perfect condition both inside and outside. Excellent location, peaceful neighborhood yet close to restaurants, supermarkets, I-95 and beaches. The kitchen is fully loaded with appliances and dishware. Internet worked flawless and Sonos Soeaker system adds a plus. Pool and patio deserves a special recognition. Finally, instructions and app were so detailed that we never required to contact our host. We will definitely will return!

January 2021 Stay

We just returned to snowy NY from an awesome one week stay at Serenity Place in Fort Lauderdale. We did not want to leave! The house exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate. The neighborhood was safe and the neighbors were all very friendly. The backyard and pool area were nicely landscaped and had plenty of seating for lounging and dining. Definitely would book a a stay here again!

Fantastic stay

This property was perfect in every way for our party of 3 adults and one small dog. Wonderful neighborhood with easy access to the beaches, marinas and many attractions in the south Florida area and convenient to quality shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable mattresses, quality linens and excellent water pressure. I ended almost every day in the perfectly heated pool. The few rules are easy to honor and the location is private with pleasing landscapes outside every window. I had one question about the remotes, and it was handled quickly and patiently. Otherwise, completely easy and uneventful which was exactly what we wanted.
