Stephanie is a very responsive and effective communicator. The apartment was spotless and basic supplies were provided for our stay. This is an excellent location, an easy and safe 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach just north of Deerfield Beach pier. Quiet residential neighborhood, a 10 minute walk from shopping and dining.

Great stay, but communication could be improve

I had a generally positive experience during my stay, and I truly appreciate the comfort and amenities provided in the apartment. However, there was an incident that made me feel uneasy. A housekeeper tried to enter the apartment during my stay, and I was startled as I wasn’t informed beforehand that anyone would be coming. She seemed to think the apartment was empty and even asked me what day I was leaving.I feel this could have been better handled with clearer communication about any scheduled cleaning or visits. It would have helped avoid confusion and ensured that I felt fully secure during my stay.Overall, I enjoyed the apartment and would give 5 stars if this communication issue is addressed for future guests. Thank you for hosting me!”

Great little gem

It was my second time staying in this wonderful little unit. It has an excellent location, is cozy and well appointed, and fits my needs perfectly. Will absolutely be returning for another trip sooner than later! Bravo to the folks running this place, it really feels like a special spot to get away to.

Excellent place, wonderful location!

Really enjoyed this place, simply perfect for our needs. Clean, well stocked, and very welcoming. Deerfield Beach is my favorite place to stay in the area, and this spot was fantastic. The owner was extremely quick to respond when a minor issue came up, and had things fixed right up in short order. 5 star experience all around. Can't wait to come back!

The property is just a short walk to the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood with parking. The kitchen was well appointed, and AC was quiet and worked well. Definitely would return.

Property was exactly as listed. Terrace in front is perfect to enjoy a cup or tea or coffee. Easy walking distance to beach. Stephanie was responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again if we came to Deerfield Beach again.

The host welcomed us with a personalized note and a complimentary bottle of wine :D Located only a short walk from the beach and several very nice restaurants! Host was quick to communicate and answer any questions we had! Would recommend! **Note** if you do the deposit have funds available because it does take a while to the return of the funds. They are returned no problem, as long as there's no damage, obviously! just may not be returned until your next billing cycle which may be a problem for some people, so you should be aware.

Absolutely perfect.

Very clean and well maintained. Everything was just as shown in the pictures. Stephanie is very hospitable and kind. The area is beautiful. The location is close to all kinds of store fronts, restaurants, bars. The beach is just a few minutes walk. Will definitely stay here again.

Super clean, quiet, and close to the beach. Kitchen has everything you need. We also met the staff that cleans the apartments and puts out the trash cans and whatnot, and they were very nice.

Perfect Weekend Getaway Location

We give this property 5 out of 5! Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Property owner was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this place! We will be staying here in again when possible.

Fantastic

Clean, Clean, clean! Location, location location! Wonderful place as it is quiet, close to the beach, and a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Deerfield Beach. If you want to hit some restaurants in Boca, a 5 minute drive will get you there. Easy check in, great hostess. Definitely recommend.

Perfect place

My wife and I enjoyed Delray unit for an entire week! Beach is only 7 minutes walking, very close to good restaurants, nice, safe and quiet neighborhood! Unit is excellent for a 2 people and Jennifer was awesome providing the instructions prior to our arrival! Looking forward to come back soon!
