Guests may request shipping of their left-behind items. A minimum fee of $60, covering labor and shipping with tracking, applies. Depending on the size and shipping location, the fee may vary. To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:

Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out - $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
