Welcome to Club Flamingo - your peaceful, luxurious, private oasis. This home is gorgeous throughout. The inside and outside were meticulously designed by the current homeowners and now VRBO hosts, who formerly lived in the home and put their special touch on every corner. This does not feel like a typical, austere vacation rental, but a true home, warm and inviting.

The backyard feels like your own resort and is fully fenced in, providing total privacy, There is lush landscaping throughout, including a variety of native plants and even a small peaceful pond. The backyard incudes a sparkling, heated, saltwater pool with a sun shelf, a wood deck for evening conversation, and a spa-like, wood-framed heated outdoor shower. The pool deck features massive resort-style umbrellas, sun loungers, and Adirondack chairs. The screened-in lanai is more like an outdoor living room, and provides 24-hour relaxation with a hot tub, dining area, and conversation seating. You will truly not want to leave this backyard!

The interior is equally stunning, with over 1600 sf of living space, including a large living room with sectional sofa and recliner, a stylish dining room with seating for 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and a butler's pantry where you will find a full washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom is massive, with a ultra comfy king-size mattress with adjustable foundation, two large dressers, and a 55-inch smart TV. The beautiful en-suite bathroom was remodeled in 2024 and features a double vanity and an elegant walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is an eccentric, themed room we call the "Flamingo Room." It features a queen bed, 42-inch TV, and nothing but flamingo decor! Just next to it is a third bedroom that doubles as an office. It has a daybed the easily pulls out to a king-size bed, and is much more similar in comfort to a standard bed than your traditional pull-out sofa. Just outside these two rooms is the second full bathroom, with a shower and tub.

The house is located in a serene, safe neighborhood on a quiet street. There is parking for up to three cars in the front of the home - one under the carport, one in the driveway, and one on a gravel spot. Parking on the street or in grass is unfortunately not permitted.

If the house is great, the location is better! There is a Publix grocery store a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away, a Crunch gym 5-min walk across the street, and a 5-minute drive or Uber to the vibrant Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors, with its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, and nightlife. It is a 10-minute drive to the nearest beach, a 10-min to downtown and Las Olas, and 15 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The hosts are happy to provide recommendations while you are visiting!

There is part-time property manager who lives on the same street and is available for any emergencies.
