*IMPORTANT: The driveway can hold up to 3 vehicles(depending on the size). Please understand the neighborhood does NOT allow street or yard parking or parking over the sidewalk. The guest will be responsible for any parking citations issued during their stay.

The entire house and backyard will be available for exclusive use.

The check-in time might be at 4 PM if guests are checking out the same day. In order to arrive at a clean and sanitized home we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check-in time has changed.

*IMPORTANT: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors and other guests. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Guests will be responsible for any citations issued for noise complaints during their stay.

If you want to spend most of your time at the beach, this location is very good: the public beach is just a block away, and it wasn’t too crowded even though we visited during spring break. We also like to walk, and it was less than a mile walk along the beach to local shops and restaurants. The house itself is just okay. There was just one broken lounge chair by the pool, so we didn’t use the pool much. While the dining area is nicely furnished, the rest of the house is pretty sparse and has been heavily used. We didn’t get much hot water from two of the showers, and the main air conditioning stopped working toward the end of our trip. The back bedroom has a separate wall A/C unit, but it cycled on and off constantly, making it tough for my daughter to sleep there. The kitchen was usable, but is small and in need of remodeling. We did enjoy using the pool table, and we liked spending time in the seating area on the back patio. The owner/manager responded quickly when we had questions, but at this price, a lot of what we contacted him about should already be taken care of.

The owner is responsive and the location is perfect. Bring your own beach chairs. The sand chairs at the house are old and rusted. The closet doors are broken and you can’t get in to both sides of closet because of that.The outside patio is great but the chairs are in dire need of new cushions.Set the AC at any temp but by 1:00 am it’s back to 77 degrees. But this really only seemed to be uncomfortable in the only. Bedroom without a fan.The back master bedroom does not have central AC but a very loud wall unit. 2 of us shared a bed in the other master bedroom due to the noisy AC.The dining area and living room are lovely. Very easy walk to beach!

the house was in poor condition, several missing light bulbs,door handles hanging loose from the doors , closet doors off their tracks,one of the toilets flush mechanism was broke , a bag over one of the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms , there was coffee grounds left in the coffee maker that was molded . The pool area needed to be cleaned and the poole water was below the skimmer so wasn’t working there animal poop pool . definitely not what you would expect for the price .

Great stay at a large and clean home. The po was great and the beach was a minute walk! We were very close to town and many great restaurants. I’d stay here again for sure. The host was very responsive and great to work with. The iguanas in the back yard are our favorite part!

As a previous VRBO owner, I look for a vacation rental in a nice location that is clean, well equipped, and with a responsive host. The location was perfect walkable to the beach down the street. The house was decorated very coastal. And the host was the most responsive we’ve ever encountered and we appreciate that!

Our host was extremely welcoming and had exceptional communication. The house was beautiful, well maintained, comfortable, and decorated nicely. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen that had everything needed to cook a nice dinner. Our kids played ping-pong and pool for hours. It was great being located just steps from the beach, and having our own private pool!

Nice location, easy to find. Host very responsive. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having ceiling fans. Nice place to spwnd a few days close to the beach. Could have been a bit cleaner, kitchen counters and floor.

The host was easy to work with and super nice he answered right away when messaged.House is a little dated but clean.There was no extra pillows or blankets just what was on beds.Plenty of room for a family gathering.Our family had a great time at this house.Down side there is not enough parking the drive way can only fit 2 cars 3 if you you really sqeeze them in.We could only use 3 bedrooms due to no parking on street.I recommend renting small vehicles if you have more then 2.There is no street parking at all they will ticket you immediately.You can park on beach road but its 4 dollars a hour and no overnights.Our guests that were not staying the night made use of it.I did not look but maybe find a parking garage close and car pool if needed.The beach is a block away and perfect for the morning sunrise and not crowded.I recommend morning coffee at the beach.There are trees in yard and there was lots of debris in pool water.We cleaned it prio to use.The trees needed to be trimed of dead palms and maybe it would be better.There were a good amount of floating tubes you could use but were left full of sand and water from the beach.Nothing that couldn't be cleaned up but we didn't have access to cleaning supplies like a broom.It was all locked up.The pool area and patio could have used a good hosing down and sweeping.There was a table and 5 chairs on patio.The dinning area and living room was big enough to spread out.The kitchen was stocked.We would rent again if had more parking.

Perfect location 2min walk to the beach. Really enjoyed my stay and I would book again. The host was very accommodating. Property could have used face towels. Dishes were in the dishwasher at arrival. The pool had a lot of leaves. And the pool room toilet was having problems flushing and Running water.

Great location

I booked this for my sister's bachelorette. The location was perfect. It was walkable to the beach and a short uber to the local bars and restaurants. The house had a couple issues however the host was quick to fix those for us. I would stay there again.
