Tucked into a quiet pocket of Fort Lauderdale, the bungalow pairs playful, collected interiors with a lush private garden and plenty of natural light. Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s restaurants, shops, and nightlife are just minutes away, while at home, things feel calm, cozy, and comfortably removed from the bustle.



The Space:

PRIMARY BEDROOM

The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own private en suite bathroom, creating a comfortable retreat with added privacy within the home.



BEDROOM 2

The second bedroom also features a king bed, making Bromeliad Bungalow especially comfortable for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The guest bathroom connects both guest bedrooms.



BEDROOM 3

The third bedroom is a smaller, cozy space with a single twin bed. It’s an intimate little room best suited for one guest who appreciates having a quiet space of their own. The guest bathroom connects both guest bedrooms.



LIVING ROOM

Bright, welcoming, and full of personality, the living room brings together custom furnishings, playful details, and views of the surrounding greenery. A comfortable sofa faces the Smart TV, creating an easy place to relax after a day out, while a dedicated desk provides a convenient workspace for remote work or planning your stay. A dining table sits nearby for meals, morning coffee, or gathering together at the end of the day. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and help connect the bungalow’s indoor spaces with the tropical garden outside.



KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need for meals at home, whether you’re starting the morning with coffee, putting together a quick lunch, or cooking dinner after a day exploring Fort Lauderdale.



GARDEN & OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside into the lush garden, one of the bungalow’s most charming features. Surrounded by tropical greenery, it’s an inviting place to slow down and enjoy South Florida outdoors. Start the morning outside with a cup of coffee, spend a quiet afternoon surrounded by the garden, or wind down in the fresh air after a day in the city. The garden and outdoor space are completely private to you during your stay.

It’s a place to settle in, reconnect, and enjoy a slower side of Fort Lauderdale—all while staying just minutes from the heart of the city.



GOOD TO KNOW



Home with Character: Bromeliad Bungalow has a collected, lived-in personality rather than the polished feel of a newly built or ultra-modern home. Custom furnishings, playful details, and the home’s individual quirks are all part of what makes the bungalow unique.



Tropical Environment: South Florida’s warm climate means you may occasionally encounter insects, lizards, or other small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. If you notice anything that needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can take care of it promptly.



Pets: Pets are welcome for a $120 fee per pet. Please keep pets leashed when in public outdoor spaces and pick up after your pet, including in the private garden.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.



Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
