The unit was perfect for my sister and I at a great price. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was! If you're looking for a smaller rental with beach access & a heated pool ion the premises, this is it!! Joseph was very prompt in answering all my questions. Definitely a place I plan to return to on the future.

Great location!

Great little studio apartment perfect for me and my 12 year old for a quick little beach getaway. Well stocked and wonderful spot
very easy walk to the beach. Designated parking spot, close to airport. Hope we can come back one day!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint space! There is not a ton of space, but it worked perfect for us because we spent most of our time at the beach! The location is safe and steps away from the beach. It’s also in close proximity to many yummy food places without being in a super crowded area!

Very Clean. Toiletries provided. Air conditioning unit had a nice fan for white noise. Very close to boardwalk but one street down so it is more quiet. Owner was helpful when contacted for help with access to unit and followed up to make sure all was good. Black out curtains would be nice as the outdoor lighting that helps with night safety is very bright and makes the room too light at night. Need more pillows for the bed. The mattress isn’t very comfortable.

All necessities

All the necessary items equipped all in one place. Although the weather was not desirable, the living area alongside the kitchen was just right. Only a bike ride to grocery stores we were able to stock up with some good food and cook, enjoy coffee on the balcony and have the ability to walk just a few feet to be on the beach. Equipped with chairs, coolers and full size fridge and a heated pool, what else could you ask for? A nice break from home.

Great location, the unit itself was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Joe was quick to respond to all communication. The only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star is because a few of the permanent residents on the property had a bunch of clutter outside their units. This didn't affect our stay in anyway, we were able to overlook it and had a great time.

Mini Getaway

We chose to stay here for a mini-getaway including an event at the Hard Rock Casino. We loved being super close to the beach and walk-able restaurants so we could maximize our short amount of time here! Place was clean and well-stocked, the air conditioning worked great, and Murphy bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend this place, for a couple with no kiddos, it was perfectly sized!

Excellent location

The property is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. It’s a studio apartment, not a lot of room but perfect for 2 people. The Murphy bed was very comfortable; there was plenty of bedding and pillows. The only downside is that it needs a good deep cleaning. Blinds, baseboards, doors and floors were dusty. Not a big deal, just a suggestion. We would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Some things in the room are older such as the trim and bathtub but it was clean and everything worked well. It is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and or pool. The bed is very comfortable and the AC gets very cold. There is a designated parking spot too which is nice. It worked well for what we needed.

Great location !

If you are looking for a place that is walking distance to the broad walk, restaurants and beach but are on a budget this will be a good choice. It’s a small studio good for two people and a small child. It’s clean and has plenty of extra supplies. The building is not fancy but the pool is decent and clean. The biggest plus here is location. The owner was easy to reach at all times and nice.

Perfect location!!

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights here. The location of this property is perfect! A few short steps to the beach, many excellent restaurants within 5-7 minute walk on the broad walk including Margaritaville resort which has entertainment many nights. We felt very safe. The property itself has a locked gate upon entry and lots of motion sensor lighting at night. The pool looked nice enough although we did not have time to use it. The condo is exactly what we were expecting. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. But if you’re looking for an affordable, safe place with convenient access to everything, then this is a great place to stay! We knew we wouldn’t spend much time in our room (there for Miami Grand Prix race weekend). It is not large, but had everything we needed and Joe provides lots of extras I wasn’t expecting - bottled water, coffee pods for the keurig, lots of toiletries and kitchen supplies. The AC worked perfectly, especially on a hotter than usual for May, in FL. Shower worked great too! And the place smelled good!!
